Recently built, centrally located one bed cottage, nestled along a lush hillside.

400 square foot interior space; 360 square foot porch space; view of sunset over water.

A short walk to Staniel Cay Yacht Club, beaches, bars, restaurants, and village shops.

Cottage has a large screened-in front porch, full kitchen with new appliances-gas stove, refrigerator and microwave and toaster.

There is a queen size bed and a back porch with a water view.

The cottage is equipped with a large AC unit, wireless internet, and smart TV with Netflix.

New 2022 Club Car Onward golf cart available for rent during your stay. Please inquire for rental rates.

Bicycle, Kayak, Sup, and boat rentals are available on Staniel Cay.

Beach combing, swimming, snorkeling, and fishing on and around Staniel Cay is fabulous.

The apartment was clean and centrally located and was perfect as a self catering holiday as it had all the necessary appliances and utensils to prep your own meal, which was great as there are not many restaurants on the island and being vegetarian it was super convenient. There are also 2 main grocery stores close by to acomodate for this. The apartment has a view of the sea in the distance and with the outdoor deck/patio it was a perfect spot for sundowners each night. Anita was so responsive which made the whole experience another level and she was prepped and ready for all my questions. The hosts will allow you to hire their golfcart which although the island is small, definately comes in handy on those warm days and when out shopping or when beach hopping. The hosts also have a boat and offered to take us out to see all the nearby sites for a very reasonable price. The one thing I would say is the matress was on the soft side which is not my preferance however it was suitably adequate. The apartment is as pictured in the photos, I found it a perfect stay for our 8 days / 7 nights

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation!

We had the most amazing time in Staniel Cay! The Cozy Cottage was in the perfect location and Anita and Theodore are the perfect hosts! We rented their golf cart and explored the island. We enjoyed a different beach every day. We were lucky enough to spend 10 days on the island and I wish we didn’t have to leave. We will be back! TY Anita and Theodore for sharing your home with us!

Great Birthday getaway for my Boyfriend

Property is just as described,with wonderful host. Cozy it was with everything you may need . We bought our meals at the local stores and cooked at the cottage. 20th Anniversary Trip

We had an amazing stay at Honeycomb Cottage! The cottage is small, but it really is perfect for 2 people. The house is centrally located, it's walkable to the Yacht club, Liquormat, and convenience stores. If you don't want to walk, they really do have the best golf cart on the island! And, if you mistakenly charge the golf cart incorrectly (we apparently didn't have the plug in all the way one night) and you happen to get stranded on the side of the road...Theo will pick you up! I don't recommend doing that...but we were extremely grateful for the pickup!! Staniel Cay is an island we look forward to returning to, and if it's just the husband and myself again, we would be happy to stay at Honeycomb cottage again! Great view, great breeze, and very private. Loved every bit of this trip!

Honeycomb Cottage in paradise

We loved our stay at the Honeycomb Cottage. Communication with Anita was great. She answered all of my questions quickly. Theodore was very helpful and even provided easy airport transfers for us. The cottage was peaceful and had all we needed. Beach towels, beach chairs, and an ice chest were even there for our use. We rented their golf cart which was great. The walk up and down the hill to and from the beach would have been challenging without it. We were able to explore the island and its beautiful beaches thanks to the golf cart! Unknowingly we were there during slow season so our only dining out option was Staniel Cay Yatch Club which was very good but… Hurricane Milton extended our stay and Anita was able to accommodate an extra night which was appreciated greatly. We rented a boat from Dreko several days. We loved exploring the nearby cays. I can’t recommend the Honeycomb Cottage enough. We can’t wait to visit again!

Cozy Cottage is the way to go.

From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Anita is truly a joy to work with and is amazing. The cottage is as described….beautiful. Wonderful location! Theodore was awesome in helping us from/to the airstrip. We will be back soon! THANK YOU!!

Very friendly host - nice and comfortable cottage

The host was very friendly and kind to us. The cottage is lovingly furnished and offers every comfort. Only the view of the beach is limited. You can use a golf cart (not free), which is really great to go to the mini market, restaurant, beach etc.. We enjoyed our stay.

A few days in paradise

We arrived and were picked up by Anita and she did a quick tour and gave us some hints of things we should do and see. We had talked with her in advance and she arranged a boat rental for us. We also rented a golf cart from her and all of this made for an absolutely perfect vacation. We can’t wait to return

A Great Getaway!

A well maintained cottage with very accommodating hosts. Anita and Theodore were very helpful picking us up at the airport, arranging a boat rental and making sure any questions were answered. Rent their gulf cart for sure to explore the island. You will be a 2 minute boat ride to Thunderball Grotto and 5 minute boat ride to pig beach. Excellent snorkeling in the area as well. The most beautiful waters I have ever seen. Highly recommend.

Anita was fantastic and her husband Theodore was just as great! Easy check in process and great cozy cottage in perfect location close to the marina. Golf cart was the best we ever rented in the Bahamas. Thank you both so much and we will be back!!

Great location with amazing view!

Cute cottage with a beautiful view. Very convenient location. Anita and Theodore were great hosts with excellent communication. They also have a golf cart you can rent and they made our pick up and drop off a very simple process.

A wonderful experience

This cottage is clean and comfortable. The hosts are very quick to respond and provided transportation to/from airport. It is a very short walk to the Yacht Club for yummy meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to plan another trip to Staniel Cay!

A little slice of heaven

Thankyou for having us! It was my husband and son's 1st time to experiance the exumas. So happy to have found you! Everything was better than perfect! Ive traveled to Staniel several times working as a stew on different boats, but have never stayed on the island. Boat rental was a great boston whaler! We traveled all over, but we could have stayed another day or 2! Caught and made the sweetest conch salad! Drank rum, and gin and coconut milk at little farmers cay the last day. What a beautiful place you have! We hope our son Merrick 💙 meets your son Merrick someday! Lets be pen pals!

Cozy cottage

Cozy cottage is just that.. perfect sized cottage comfortable for two people. Excellent communication, comfortable bed, the internet service for the tv works perfectly. Two beach chairs and a small cooler to take to the beach are available. The AC works very well. Looking forward to going back.

Beautiful!

We absolutely loved our stay. First off, Staniel Cay is a small island. You could opt to walk or take a golf cart anywhere you go. The owners have an excellent option for a golf cart if that’s what you want. The house is in great shape. It’s clean and comfortable with the help of an AC unit. We had all the convinces of home so we were very impressed. Anita and Theodore are very attentive and communicative. We would highly recommend using them to anyone. Staniel Cay: There is not a lot of food options on Staniel Cay. The SC Yacht Club can be very busy and to eat off the dinner menu, you’ll need to make reservations. The other options on the island will require pre orders. So don’t expect to be able to walk up and order food at the drop of a hat. There is a Liquormat at the bottom of the hill from the house. You can get beer ($70 case), liquor or do your laundry. There are a few convenience stores on the island if you want to get your own food. We highly recommend booking a boat excursion. There’s several dining options just a 5 minute boat ride away. Take a day or two to relax by visiting the various beaches on the island via golf cart. Air Travel: Flamingo Air was the most convenient option to book where we were coming from. Just keep in mind that they run several routes and can run late. We missed our connecting flight in Nassau that caused us several hours of delay. There are plenty of other options flying into Staniel Cay.

Absolutely beautiful place! The decoration is charming. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook including sharp knives. The island is absolutely beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. Our hosts were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Hope to come back soon!

A great find!

The cottage was a true likeness to the photos , in a great location for the beach/ yacht club. We met some amazing people and really value the time we had there. The hosts were excellent. We would highly recommend.

Peaceful and cozy

Absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage. Everything was exactly perfect. Location, comfortable, quiet, and of course Staniel Cay is beautiful. Enjoyed everyday of the 10 days I was here. Anita and Theodore are the best, so helpful and a joy to meet. Hope to return here again.

Great Stay in Stainel Cay

Anita and Husband were great about communication and being helpful. Picked us up at airport and dropped us off. Cottage was clean and nice. Bed very comfortable. Location was great too. Just a short walk from beach and the Yacht club, tho we used the golf cart to get around the island during our stay. Highly recommend.

Excellent Stay, super clean, lovely view, located near to The Yacht Club. great hosts - picked us up on the dock when we arrived and also transported us to the airport on check out.. they are building a two bedroom unit - hopefully it will be done before my next visit

The hosts are great, communicate well, and the place is super cute. I stayed there with two teenagers and it was a relaxing experience. I highly recommend it.

Artist, Wife, Mother of two. After growing up in the smallest state ( Beautiful Rhode Island) , it is only fitting that I fell in love with my Husband, Theodore, who was born and raised on one of the smallest Islands in the world, BEAUTIFUL Staniel Cay.

My family and I LOVE boating, fishing, hiking, and exploring the endless beaches and uninhabited islands of the Exumas Cay. When I am not running our vacation rental, you will most likely find me in my home art studio where I practice the arts of block printing and metalsmithing.
