Recently built, centrally located one bed cottage, nestled along a lush hillside.

400 square foot interior space; 360 square foot porch space; view of sunset over water.

A short walk to Staniel Cay Yacht Club, beaches, bars, restaurants, and village shops.

Cottage has a large screened-in front porch, full kitchen with new appliances-gas stove, refrigerator and microwave and toaster.

There is a queen size bed and a back porch with a water view.

The cottage is equipped with a large AC unit, wireless internet, and smart TV with Netflix.

New 2022 Club Car Onward golf cart available for rent during your stay. Please inquire for rental rates.

Bicycle, Kayak, Sup, and boat rentals are available on Staniel Cay.

Beach combing, swimming, snorkeling, and fishing on and around Staniel Cay is fabulous.

Loved the cottage. Was perfect for just my wife and I. Very close to the Staniel Cay Yacht Club, liquor store/laundromat, convenience store, and the airport. Loved the option for the golf cart and boat. We had a great time.

Great Birthday getaway for my Boyfriend

Property is just as described,with wonderful host. Cozy it was with everything you may need . We bought our meals at the local stores and cooked at the cottage. The golf cart cart was great to have near for rent we toured the whole island and seen all the lovely beaches. The house is a short walk to the beach and the ScyWourecomme

The hosts are great, communicate well, and the place is super cute. I stayed there with two teenagers and it was a relaxing experience. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful experience

This cottage is clean and comfortable. The hosts are very quick to respond and provided transportation to/from airport. It is a very short walk to the Yacht Club for yummy meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to plan another trip to Staniel Cay!

Great location with amazing view!

Cute cottage with a beautiful view. Very convenient location. Anita and Theodore were great hosts with excellent communication. They also have a golf cart you can rent and they made our pick up and drop off a very simple process.

Very friendly host - nice and comfortable cottage

The host was very friendly and kind to us. The cottage is lovingly furnished and offers every comfort. Only the view of the beach is limited. You can use a golf cart (not free), which is really great to go to the mini market, restaurant, beach etc.. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely beautiful place! The decoration is charming. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook including sharp knives. The island is absolutely beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. Our hosts were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Hope to come back soon!

A few days in paradise

We arrived and were picked up by Anita and she did a quick tour and gave us some hints of things we should do and see. We had talked with her in advance and she arranged a boat rental for us. We also rented a golf cart from her and all of this made for an absolutely perfect vacation. We can’t wait to return

A cozy stay at the Cozy Cottage

We had a very nice 3 night stay at the Cozy Cottage. A short walk down the hill to The Yacht Club and beach. We took the golf cart 2 of the days to explore Staniel Cay as we had never been there before. Theodore was at the airport waiting for us upon arrival and took us back for our return flight. The cottage was exactly what we expected. Clean, comfortable, and close to the action. We really enjoyed the hammock where we had our own happy hour. Very secluded. Highly recommend and are making plans to return for a longer stay.

Amazing Cottage on Staniel Cay

My husband and I had such a great time visiting Staniel Cay and staying at Honeycomb Cottage. Anita was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive with any questions or requests we had before and during our stay. The cottage is perfectly suited for two; the air blows cold, the water ran well, the kitchen is well appointed; it looks just like all of the photos online. We rented Anita and Theodore’s golf cart which was much better than any of the rentals we encountered. Both the pink and the blue markets had everything we needed for the week. We rented a 17’ Boston whaler from Dreko Chamberlain which is a must do while in the Exumas. We visited new beaches every day and were able to relax in the sunshine which was just what we needed. We will definitely return to stay here in the future!

20th Anniversary Trip

We had an amazing stay at Honeycomb Cottage! The cottage is small, but it really is perfect for 2 people. The house is centrally located, it's walkable to the Yacht club, Liquormat, and convenience stores. If you don't want to walk, they really do have the best golf cart on the island! And, if you mistakenly charge the golf cart incorrectly (we apparently didn't have the plug in all the way one night) and you happen to get stranded on the side of the road...Theo will pick you up! I don't recommend doing that...but we were extremely grateful for the pickup!! Staniel Cay is an island we look forward to returning to, and if it's just the husband and myself again, we would be happy to stay at Honeycomb cottage again! Great view, great breeze, and very private. Loved every bit of this trip!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Anita and Theo are great hosts, they responded quickly to the questions we had and were so helpful. Location was ideal, close to Staniel Cay Yacht Club, restaurants and markets. The cozy cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Bed was so comfortable! Theo was so helpful with any questions! We rented the golf cart and the boat they offer. If you’re comfortable driving a boat, I recommend doing this! We went to some of the most beautiful beaches and sandbars!

Superb Staniel Cay Getaway

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Cozy Cottage. The island and people were amazing. Anita and Theodore were super friendly ! Couldn’t have been more pleased with our hosts and their cozy cottage. It’s exactly as described! Anita made sure we visited her recommended beaches! So beautiful! Golf cart a must to hop around. Great location in Staniel Cay! near to restaurants and beach. Comfy bed and spacious cottage for 2. Internet service was reliable and fast. Golf cart and boat were a great plus! Host is always available for anything you need, we will definitely be back

Artist, Wife, Mother of two. After growing up in the smallest state ( Beautiful Rhode Island) , it is only fitting that I fell in love with my Husband, Theodore, who was born and raised on one of the smallest Islands in the world, BEAUTIFUL Staniel Cay.

My family and I LOVE boating, fishing, hiking, and exploring the endless beaches and uninhabited islands of the Exumas Cay. When I am not running our vacation rental, you will most likely find me in my home art studio where I practice the arts of block printing and metalsmithing.
