This gorgeous private property boasts 3 large bedrooms, including a king, queen, and twin bed, each with ensuite baths and stunning water views, and is perfect for a tranquil getaway. With 3.5 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a shower, bathtub, and bidet, guests can relax in pleasant luxury while enjoying all the modern-day comforts and conveniences, from wireless internet, air-conditioned rooms, and free parking. This villa comes fully equipped with a large kitchen and stainless-steel appliances and is perfect for entertaining. Enjoy this villa's large waterfront patio, over-looking the Black Point harbour's turquoise seas, while enjoying stunning sunsets or the lights from Staniel Cay. Truly a boater's dream, docking is easy and convenient for this villa. Comfortably sleeps 6, we can easily sleep eight, with adequate notice. Our beautiful beaches are just 2-5 minutes away, and the islands popular restaurants and bars, are ideally located next door to us. We are happy to organize spa services, boat rentals and Island-hopping tours like swimming with the pigs and sharks, fishing, diving, snorkeling, golf cart rentals and so much more. Our stay in Black Point at Ernestine’s home was an absolutely wonderful experience. The views from the property are spectacular, and the home itself is beautifully updated. The showers had excellent water pressure, and the air conditioning kept the house perfectly cool, which is incredibly important after long days out on the water.Ernestine was fantastic. She made everything easy, from arranging our golf cart rental to ensuring that my boat was docked in the perfect marina, located less than 100 yards from the property. The marina itself was excellent, with very helpful people, a small and friendly atmosphere, and a great little restaurant.One thing that really stood out was how safe we felt. I left expensive fishing equipment, including electric reels and other gear, on the boat the entire time. I was told there were cameras, but more importantly, the honesty and character of the local people were evident—absolutely nothing went missing.I could not be happier with our stay. Black Point was welcoming, peaceful, and incredibly safe. Between the beautiful home, the amazing marina, and the kindness of the locals, this was one of the highlights of our trip. I am already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended.

Only stayed 1 of 5 days. Enough said. We arrived by boat. The host markets use of dock space “next door” at Black Point Yacht Club. Careful: This is a bar with a small dock. On 2 occasions, I caught locals on my boat and another time a local boat left drifting tied to the dock banging into my boat. The power went out 4X the first night and internet was out the entire time. The host had workers living in the house under construction next door. I only found this out by hearing men talking outside the bedroom window at 11 PM at night. I confronted them and one was sitting on the golf cart we rented. Also, a couple of the exterior doors had lock/unlock issues. With all of these first day issues, my wife did NOT feel safe at all. There are no hotels or other lodging options on this island. I explained everything to Host and gave her the weekend to refund the days not used. She ghosted me via WhatsApp and now will not respond. Smdh
