This cottage is a perfect place to get away. It felt really cozy and welcoming. I loved having my morning coffee on the front porch.

The property was super cute. Loved the location snuggled in the woods. Lots of deer in the area feeding which was so nice to see. Struggled with the downstairs fireplace the host was quick to respond, however, still couldn’t get it to work. Overall, a great quaint place for a getaway.

Yes the host was very welcoming and upfront with all the info needed to access the property…The amenities were great, we didn’t want for anything!!! We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Such a cute cabin! Only thing was yes the area with the hot tub had some bird dropping but being outdoors it’s understandable.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it. I’ve hesitated to cover the hot tub deck as the night sky hot tub vibe is one of my favorite things at the cabin.

It was very secluded and cozy. But the towels and carpet were stained for some reason but I loved the hot tub and the drive was very long from the entrance of the neighborhood

Cottage was as advertised and made for a comfortable and clean base for us to enjoy the area. Had friends staying in another cabin in the resort but didn’t realize just how spread out it is! Deer were everywhere and fun to watch.

My sister and I had such a relaxing trip. The cabin was FANTASTIC! The homey feel amd thoughtful decor made for a very comfortable stay. There.were many little extra lime spices in the cabinet, hot tub towels and even soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. Our host was responsive to questions and quick to respond when we had a small issue with.the srove not working properly. I highly recommended staying at Cameo Cottage.

Cozy New Year Getaway in Georgia

We had an incredible stay at this charming little cottage in Georgia to ring in the New Year. The place was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing escape. The surrounding area was peaceful, offering stunning views that made our mornings extra special. The host was friendly and attentive, making sure we felt right at home.It was the perfect spot to unwind and create unforgettable memories. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy retreat!

The outside of the cabin was not clean. There were piles of leaves in the corners and dust and leaves on hot tub cover. Very unwelcoming at first sight

The cabin is adorably decorated and well stocked. Plenty of kitchen gadgets and even a French press. Bed was very comfortable and the cabin is cozy. Hope to be able to stay here again sometime! Note if you check in at the main entrance do not let google maps route you all the way around to come back out the same entrance on Beaver Lake Dr. Make a u turn and go back out to 382 instead! Otherwise you will waste 10 minutes on some narrow unpaved roads. Other than that the google maps routing was fine. Highly recommend this cabin.

Cottage is beautifully decorated and stocked with just about anything you need. Host was very easy to communicate with. The only downside was that I had recently injured my knee and had trouble navigating the stairs and outside. I would suggest a sign at the drive way pointing out the location of the cottage. We arrived at night and had a small problem finding it.I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing getaway.

This is a lovely cottage. Very quiet and extremely comfortable. This was very accommodating for a brief weekend. The area is secluded for the most part. There are neighbors that you share a large parking area with, but you never see them. It's quite the journey from the entrance to the cottage, but worth it. The instructions were to enter the resort area through the main gate. That's fine, but google navigation takes you through the mountain resort, out another gate, and into a third gate. That was a bit annoying. But finally found it.At night, the cottage truly looks like a storybook home. It would be even more cozy in the winter or fall.

The cabin so cute and is located in a neighborhood that is known for it's deer and good roads and all the amenities. The place had comfortable beds and very cute bathrooms and a great hot tub. The driveway is gravel and to get back up it once at the cabin is a little bit of trial and error but not bad at all once you figure it out. For me, I put my car in L gear and then was able to drive a little bit to the left before attempting to go up the driveway but then no problem at all. There was a lot of spices to cook with including 3 garlic powders but no garlic salt which I thought was odd. Additionally, I think it would be great if they had a basket of snacks as a lot of rentals that are doing that now. Unfortunately, they did not have any food at all in the house when we arrived. This would be a great touch. Also, there was no muffin pans. We picked up some muffins that just took the muffin mix and water but then couldn't cook them. Additionally, it says there is fishing on the website and when you look at the map, it looks like there is a stream behind the house so naturally, you think you can fish at the house but that is not the case. We went and bought fishing rods and went fishing in the two water spots close by (but you have to drive) in the neighborhood but did not catch anything and later we realized that those ponds or creeks are probably over fished. It was a great place though to stay, and I would definitely recommend in the future.
