Enjoyed the stay. Biggest disappointment was the hot tub would not heat up above 87 degrees and there was no instructions in the room for the operation of the hot tub.

What a great spot! Loved the location on the water. Also loved the loft for the kids. The area was clean and well arranged especially for a tiny home. Parking was great and the appliances worked well. A short drive to town.

Great place to stay!

Loved the tiny home and how close it was to the Polar Express Train Ride. I will be back and enjoy it another day.

Very Clean and Easy Location

Place was super easy and in a great location. Everything we needed, and super clean. Despite being near other cabins and a road, inside us quiet and comfortable. Convenient location to the park and other areas.

The size of the home was perfect, and it was convenient to town. We parked the car and walked pretty much every where we went. Loved the gazebo, hung out there and watched the Vanderbilt game.

Clean and efficient stay!

The property was clean and well cared for. Our kids loved the loft bed. Perfect stay for the Polar express trip!

Nice tiny house in a good location. Grocery store, drug store, all the necessary’s near by. House overlooks steam. House was clean with full size refrigerator and stove. Dish washer is almost full size.Great for 2 people. The upper bedroom is really not usable. Ceiling is very low even for children. Just my wife and myself so we did not need upper bedroom.My wife and I are already speaking of returning to the area and would rent the tiny house again.

Girl’s Weekend

We stayed for a girl’s weekend to enjoy the fall foliage, Smoky Mountains National Park and the GSMR. This property was perfect! We loved having coffee and relaxing on the porch!

Such a great place!

I took my daughter to come raft down the Nanala and we decided to stay here and I’m so glad we did. It was very modern and clean. We accidentally locked ourselves out and management was quick to respond. I loved that we could walk to the downtown area to eat at restaurants.

There are a couple of things that could be improved. There was not enough hot water to last through one quick shower, let alone two. The dryer wasn't working. If you would like tenants to start a load of laundry, it would be helpful to have a packet of laundry detergent available. We had not planned to do laundry during our stay, so we did not bring any.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed here during short 3 day stay in Bryson City for vacation. What an amazing concept this little village is and very comfortable, clean and well appointed tiny home! It’s very conveniently located to everything in town. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Bryson City. It would be great for a group so everyone could gather and enjoy the common area with fire pit and television. My only suggestion would be to use reflective vinyl on the parking signs so you can tell which spot is yours at night.

The property itself is absolutely adorable!! So clean and very inviting!!! However when I booked the unit it was for the hot tub ! When we took the cover off we noticed it was set to 80 degrees! I called the manager and he advised me to turn it up, we had tried that but the tub never got hot. He said it would probably take until the morning before it would be hot but unfortunately I was leaving in the morning!!! I was so very disappointed and frustrated!!! In addition to this the bedroom has a A/C unit directly above the bed. We were there for new years so the heat was on and blew hot air in our faces every time it cycled on. We ended up having to sleep at the foot of the bed and it still blew hard in our faces. It’s just a bad location for the unit to be placed. But other than that it’s a very clean and comfortable little place.
