Enter into a world of your own as you drive through the Gates of Royalty's Retreat.This house is unique in design as the stone work adds remarkable features for taking memorable photos. This villa boasts the view of a National Landmark, Pigeon Island with breath taking sunsets. This creates for much photo opportunities at almost every angle from almost every corner.This is a 3 floor home in which the ground floor consist of a 3 bedroom villa, a large pool deck and endless outdoor space. Each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom and shower, television, ceiling fan and Air condition unit. This home features a fully equipped kitchen with a convection oven just perfect for baking local bread and an air fryer for the healthy twist! An outdoor gas grill with a section for steak and a cooler is also available to guests throughout their stay.This villa overlooks the Sandals Golf Course and is also a short walk or drive from the newly built Cabot Golf Course. 10 mins from the popular Gros-Islet fish-fry street party, Reduit beach, Rodney bay night life and the Rodney bay Marina. Our on site tour guide seals the deal! Celebrating an occasion but want to do something private in your very own space? Your Tour Guide is a certified island guide and events coordinator! Cap Estate is considered to be the Beverly Hills of St.Lucia. I particularly enjoy the scenery! Being surrounded by green and waking up to the sounds of nature is a dream come true! This neighborhood provides the fresh air and peace that we all wish to wake up to and go to sleep to. Royalty's Retreat is our hideaway, when we enter into these gates, we feel like we are in a world of our own.
