LOCATION IS FABULOUS! Ski, board, hike, fish, bike or relax! Take in the awesome mountain view and fresh air in this spacious two bedroom, two bath vacation condo. Walk out the door and start your hike, walk to town in 5-10 minutes or take the free shuttle to the slopes or town. Seasonally there is great fishing and hiking nearby as well as fabulous skiing/boarding at Breckenridge Ski Resort.
Property is conveniently located on the first floor of Ski & Racquet Club condos. The perfect getaway with covered parking just outside your door and enough room to sleep 7-8. Convenient free town shuttle is only steps away. The shuttle will take you to town or the slopes! And... if you don't want to take the free shuttle , it's only about a 5-10 minute walk to town.
Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and private modern 3/4 bath with double sinks and walk in shower. Second bedroom has a full bed and bunk bed. Across the hall is a modern second bath with tub.
Need more room... use the pull out sofa in the living room or blow up mattress. Complete with a full dining area, breakfast bar, and modern fully equipped kitchen for all that love to cook!
You will love the open space living area for gathering with friends or family. Enjoy the flat screen TV's in both the master and main living area, cozy gas fireplace and great deck complete with a grill and a mountain view!

After a full day of adventure, wind down at the clubhouse complex complete with NEW indoor pool, new hot tub, pool table, and sauna. In the warmer months play basketball, pickleball or volleyball on the outdoor courts, enjoy the kids play area or relax and sit around the clubhouse campfire.
Easy access to laundry facilities within the condo complex.
Breckenridge is an outdoor playground with something for everyone. Besides great skiing , boarding, fishing, hiking and biking , town offers local shopping, history and delicious dining! Located just off main street at the south end of town ! Our location is also very drive friendly to Copper Mountain, Keystone, A-Basin, Vail or Beaver Creek ski areas.

Wonderful home close to the slopes

Linda's place was amazing! We were a big group of 6, but it still didn't feel cramped. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to cook most nights, and, best of all, the shuttle to the slopes is right outside the door! And you get the hot tub as well.

Right next door to a shuttle stop. Very well-stocked kitchen, with spices, etc. Good communication with the owners.

We had a great saty

Our family including kids wanted to do some skiing and we had an excellent stay at this place. The proximity to the shuttle is so convenient and we def made use of the pool and hot tub which is a nice add on. I would recommend this place

Great Stay Close to Town

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy mountain condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to town, making it easy to explore shops and restaurants, and even closer to the free bus line, which was super convenient. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the living space was just the right size to relax after a day of activities. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings and beautiful mountain views. Overall, this place had everything we were looking for—great location, convenience, and comfort. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation

The location was perfect. An easy walk to where we needed to go, shuttle to everything in town, enough removed from main street to have some peace and quiet. The property is well stocked and truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

The property is located very close to the bus route. We spent most time skiing but did not need to take the car out. The condo was clean. Ample of beds accommodation. Instructions were clear.

Weekend in Breck

Excellent space for a long ski weekend. Linda was incredibly helpful with all of our questions. The unit is steps away from the shuttle stop, which made access to the mountain and downtown very easy.

Christmas ski vacation

Everything was excellent. Owner was very involved in booking, questions about the condo and area as well as check in process. Condo was close to downtown Breckenridge and had everything you needed for a great vacation

Great Breck condo

Condo was in great shape. Plenty of space for everyone. I was 1 of 4 people sharing the space, all with our own snowboard gear, and everyone had enough room. Kitchen was equipped. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean. Condo had great proximity to the shuttle busses that run you up to the condo. Just a few stops away from peak 9 or Breck station. Only a few minute drive to Main Street. 10/10 experience.

Great location and property

We stayed there with our grown kids. Wonderful property and easy commute to peak 9 and other slopes. Kitchen was really well appointed. Would stay there again!

Great stay!

Great property - we loved the view from the balcony and the secluded feel even though it was very close to town! The location to the bus stop could not have been better (literally steps from the condo). The bathrooms were really nicely updated.

Nice complex, great area

Nice complex with clubhouse, heated pool, and jacuzzi. Very close to town and all that Breckenridge has to offer. Our stay was great.

Great location and value

Very convenient location, with close proximity to main street and the slopes. Linda was a very responsive and helpful owner. Bathrooms were clean and updated. The condo had a really nice view in the back. I highly recommend this place.

Great Condo

We stayed here for a week and were super pleased with amenities and the location of the condo. Free bus shuttle right at the spot, quiet neighborhood, easy access. Linda (owner) was communicative and I would definitely recommend and rent from her again. Thank you again!!!

Great stay

Clean place close to slopes and town. Shared areas (pool/jacuzzi/sauna) are old and need some cleaning/updates, but the condo itself was perfect for a extended weekend.

Cute, quaint and private condo

Our family stayed in this condo the week of Thanksgiving 2022. The condo is in a great location with lots of wildlife to enjoy from the large deck. It is quaint, clean, and comfortable with lots of amenities to enjoy. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend others as well.

Everything we wanted

My daughter and I just wanted a nice, relaxing few days away from home. This place checked all the boxes: spacious, clean, well stocked, close to Main Street, comfy, great views, and the host were quick with communication! We would highly recommend staying here!!

The condo is roomy and well kept. Located on the first floor for easy access. Your car is just outside the door with covered parking for one. The location is fabulous! You won't have to go far to ski, board, hike, bike, fish, shop, dine out and more ! Just a 5-10 minute walk to town or take the free shuttle bus that is only a short walk away.The large deck offers a grill and a great mountain view. The clubhouse adds an indoor heated pool,hot tub, pool table and meeting area. Bring you sports equipment. There is also an outdoor basketball court, tennis court, pickleball and volleyball court.
