Lodging and short term rentals: Lodging stays limited to two households in any lodging unit, including short-term vacation rentals. A household is defined as the person or persons who live together in a single residence.
Location: Winterpoint Townhome #14 is a 2 Bed/2.5 Bath Condo located right off 4 O'Clock Rd in Breckenridge, CO. Nestled between Peak 8 and 9, the Snowflake Lift is about a block away. Ski back to the condo with a short stroll from across the street (50yd stroll). Walking to the downtown area and around Breck is very easy. It is a 5-10 min walk to downtown to great shopping, amazing restaurants, fun bars and many more activities. Don't want to walk? The transit system is very easy to use. Bus routes can get you to the rec center, ice skating rink, grocery store and more.
Townhouse: Stonehaven is a remodeled, 3-level townhouse in Winterpoint Townhomes. The living room has tall, vaulted ceilings with plenty of room for all to sit. There is a flat-screen TV for all to watch. A sleeper sofa is located on this level, too. The next level is the kitchen and dining room. Room at the table for the family. Coffe-maker, dishwasher, stove, oven refrigerator and all the gadgets needed to prepare meals. The washer and dryer are also located on this level. There is a half-bath just around the corner. The top floor includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a tall queen-sized bed. It includes a larger closet and a smaller closet. A balcony is also located off this room. The bathroom has a large, tiled shower. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed and a bunk bed(singles). The bathroom has a bathtub with shower head. A larger closet is included with this bedroom. There is a single-car, heated garage on the bottom floor of the condo, too.
The Upper Village Pool provides a heated swimming pool as well as hot tubs to soak after a day on the slopes. This is just a few hundred yards from the condo. The pools close in the shoulder seasons, so check first if you require them in off-season.

We had a wonderful summer holiday. It was all that we were hoping for -- a beautiful townhouse within a few minutes of "downtown," wonderful, cool summer weather, gorgeous surroundings with excellent walking trails for an elderly couple, and a couple of balconies to sit out on and enjoy the ever-changing sky. The owner was very kind to arrange/allow an early check-in and was instantly available on the one day we had a short blackout due to a storm. All in all, a glorious two week summer stay.

Great location. Easy walk to Snowflake Lift and ski back to condo from 4 o’clock run. Close to town. Pool and hot tub were close and nice. Perfect for our family of 5.

The property was upscale, very clean, furnished beautifully and convenient to the downtown, we would definitely stay here again.

It was close to everything we needed. We were only a short walk to main st. Kitchen had everything we need to cook. It was perfect for my family of 5.

The home was fully stocked and in a great location. We did not visit or use the pool area. Would stay again and would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay in Justin’s place. Everything was cozy and comfy. What we loved is having our own garage, as our car was hit in another garage a few years back, a warm, dry place to store our gear and get ready for long ski days, and the distance to the Snowflake lift and town was perfect. We’ve already booked next years trip with Justin again!

Great location
Really enjoyed our stay. Close to the shuttle and can ski home right across the street. Enjoyed the short walk to town for shopping and restaurants.

Another Great Stay!
This was our second time staying here and it was great again. Perfect location, well stocked and lots of good space for our family of 5 to be comfortable for the week. Also appreciate Justin's responsiveness as the owner!

I have lived in Breckenridge since 2000. The condo has been owned in our family since 1997. My parents lived in the condo for 10 years before they relocated. Prior, we visited Breck multiple times each year since 1981.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
Years of traveling to Breckenridge resulted in finally deciding to buy this townhouse where we could easily ski in and out, as well as walk to town. Our first draw to Breckenridge was the skiing. But we soon found out how great this place is in the summer too. Hiking, golf, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, and fishing are just the tip of the iceberg!
