The property was excellent for three couples with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with adequate dishes, bowls and pans. The host was communicative on all aspects and readily available for any needs.

Beautiful house in a safe and quiet location. The beach and State Street are all in walking distance. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again!

We love the home and the location was excellent for what we wanted to do. The home was unique and comfortable and really close (walking distance) to the bay area as well as shopping and restaurants.

Lovely place for my family to spend time together. The three floors enabled us all to have some privacy while the living room accommodates everyone to enjoy our get away. Perfect location near the beach, Funk Zone and State St.

Great location and very comfortable accommodation!

The location is perfect for walking to breakfast, to the beach, to the Funk Zone, downtown state street, and more. Very spacious condo and well equipped kitchen too. Is perfect for families or retreats.

Amazing stay!!

Location is right next to the beach. The property is large and great for a family. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Santa Barbara with a group!

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed with my parents for a long weekend for a wedding in Santa Barbara! It was a beautiful house. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for family vacation

Beautiful property and perfect spot for our family trip. The three bedrooms and three baths were great for our adult children. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We also loved that we could walk to restaurants, shopping and to Sterns Wharf.

A great spot for a family affair

Fantastic location in Santa Barbara to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, Funk Zone. Comfortable, spacious, great kitchen and living space for dinners and gatherings. Beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet at night. A fantastic stay.
