Plenty of space for four adults (two couples). Great location and home base for your SB stay: on a quiet street, close to beach, State Street, and short walk to Funk Zone.

Absolutely beautiful property. Everything we had hoped for and more. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Loved the tree and courtyard in the front of the property. Definitely would return to this place! Thank you.

Great little Cottage, great location… Walking distance from the funk zone, which has lots of cute shops at restaurants. Close to the beach. Quiet, safe and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

The host was always available. The house was well stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was the best part of our stay. We were able to walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this home and we will surely be coming back.

Great place

We loved this place! Within walking distance to everything, but still quiet. Everything was clean and cozy, perfect for a getaway. Would love to stay here again!

Great house and location

Well maintained and equipped house very close to State St, harbor, and Leadbetter Beach. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and would gladly stay at this house again on our next trip.

This is located in the perfect spot. You can walk to town and the beach. I love Santa Barbara!

Beautiful home in great location

We had such a wonderful weekend at the Juniper Cottage! The location is perfect for walking down to the beach, to State street for shopping and to the harbor! The home is lovely, had all the items we needed and we loved the front area with the table. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing graduation weekend

Beautiful home!

My family and I loved the Juniper cottage for my birthday weekend! All ages enjoyed the perfect location and it was a quick walk to the train station. The kitchen was so well-stocked and so organized! We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful retreat

An amazing girls getaway!

We had a great time at Juniper cottage, it fit all six of us comfortably and the property management team was very communicative & receptive. It's located walking distance to everything, was clean and had everything we needed! Can't wait for a return trip!

A great week

This house was exactly as advertised. It is in a perfect location, with easy walking access to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. It is well furnished and provided everything we needed.

Great location!!! We rented bikes for a few days and biked everywhere (we were able to store them in the garage) The house was perfect for my family while we were in Santa Barbara for a wedding. It had everything we needed and then some. The grounds were awesome- even a lemon tree!

A great house for a family stay

We stayed as a family of 3 couples for 4 nights in the house and it was very comfortable. The house is very cozy, well supplied in all amenities, kitchenware, towels, etc. parking was easy as described and mythe house is within 5 minutes walking from State street and the wharf. A great house and we would definitely stay again.
