I`m here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I`m only a phone call/message away.

-Please do not ring neighbors` doorbells. We have received many complaints about these incidents.

- Check-in is possible at any time after 4 pm. Maximum check-out time is 11:00 am. You can request to arrive before 4:00 pm or to leave after 11:00 am for an additional fee but we cannot guarantee this request :)

- It is necessary to mention at the time of booking if you are coming with a pet, otherwise the booking may be cancelled without refund.

- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty. But since I`m cool, I only allow electronic cigarettes :)

- If a late departure or damage results in a direct refund or reduction for the next reservation, you will be required to pay this amount.

- Have fun! But excessive noise is not allowed in the unit for the tranquility of neighbors. Violation of this rule after two warnings will result in a $500 penalty and immediate eviction without refund.

- Any make-up or oil stains not removed from sheets and/or pillows will be charged. A $50 fee will be charged to replace stained sheets.

- If you notice any furniture or amenities in the apartment not working or broken, please let us know within 24 hours of your arrival. Otherwise, the complaint will not be taken into consideration.

- When you make a reservation with me, you agree to all the above apartment rules.

This spot was ideal for our family of 4. Clean and comfortable and a great location.We were able to walk and explore and metro stops were just a few minutes away. The host was really good with communication and we managed to find a parking lot close that was quite reasonable.I would absolutely stay here again.

everything was perfect my only suggestion is more kitchen tools! if you plan on cooking during your stay there is not much to work with- everything else though was 5 stars, and great neighborhood

Great Little Place on St.Denis

Jordan was a great host—easy to get a hold of and message with. The accommodation was clean, quiet and had comfortable beds. We’ll be staying here again. Thank you for hosting such a great place!

Spacious and cozy

The property was lovely. It slept 4 adults very easily. It was clean and the location was excellent. Even when there was a minor hiccup with the entry code, it quickly addressed. There are 2 metro stops that are less than 10 minutes from the property. There is lots to do, see, eat within easy walking distance. Schwartz’s smoked meat is only 8 minutes away…if that’s on your itinerary. I would happily stay there again.

Fabulous suite and location

We stayed here for 6 days on a family vacation in August. The suite was exactly as pictures and described—bright, clean and spacious. Our host was so great—very friendly and always quick to communicate. The location is perfect—close to endless amazing cafes, restaurants and shops, as well as a short walk to the metro. We would happily stay here again!

You cannot beat the location for this place! It was perfect for a long weekend catching up with an old friend. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted to be, and a subway was close by for places that were a bit too far to walk. There is so much good food in this neighborhood! It is necessary to find parking in a public lot a few blocks away, but that was not a big deal. Hourly parking right in front was easy to find to unload/ load the car. I had seen other reviews saying that the door code provided before arrival did not work upon arrival. That was the case for us. We texted the host and waited about 10 minutes for a new door code, which worked. Also, on the day we left, a very large charge (571) from Dojostay appeared as pending on the card I used to pay for the room. The host said that it was a 'security deposit' that would only post to my card if they discovered damage. It did disappear from pending and not post to my card after about 5 days, but that made me nervous. That should have been mentioned in the listing. I have never seen that before.

Check in process was a pain. The place was run down and the host took money out of my bank that I did not authorize. When I tried to reach out he was not able to tell me why 570 plus was taken out nor has it been returned. If this was a security deposit, I was not informed this would occur and the host was not aware. We have checked out and he still has not responded about this money. We left it spotless so there should not be any issues.

Great place great location.

The place was in such a great location and the pictures reflect with accuracy what the apartment looks like inside. Everything was super easy. The check-in process was seamless great instructions. I made the mistake of not adding my dog to the original. List but I let the owner know that I had a dog so it turned out to be OK and he was flexible with the way the payment process works for having dogs. You cannot beat the location! It is truly a great area and we really loved being there. The parking in the area is a little tricky once you figure it out. It’s easy. it does have stairs and no elevator, that was fine, and it might have been said in the listing, but I wasn’t aware and I have a senior dog so it made it a little challenging for us just because of that fact. If it was just me and my friend, it wouldn’t have been an issue . Thanks! Great super fun. You’ll love it there!

The location for this rental was really great. Parking was a challenge for unloading and having a place to be for the duration of our stay. We ended up parking in a private lot about three blocks away and paying 15 a day for that space, which worked out ok. The apartment is on the third floor with just stairs - just to know in terms of mobility needs. The code we were given to enter the apartment was not accurate so we were stuck in a hot hallway for a bit before we could get a correct code. The apartment itself was bright and spacious with two large comfortable beds and nice bathroom and kitchen areas. One of the reasons we chose this apartment was because it was listed as having a washer and dryer - but neither of these worked so we ended up washing clothes in the sink and the dryer had to run for many hours to get them dry enough to then air dry the rest of the way. The air conditioning poured a steady stream of water for the first day, which we caught with buckets. We did let them know about these issues but each time a technician was supposed to arrive they canceled. Having basic supplies like paper towels, tissues, and shampoo/conditioner would have been really helpful (there were dried out shampoo/conditioner that wouldn't come out of the pumps). Those challenges aside, again, the location was great, the apartment was bright and clean, and the beds were large and comfortable.

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to parks, eateries, grocery stores, the metro, etc. It is quiet and well lit. It is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The beds are comfortable. We could have our dog with us. The parking was a hassle. There is no on-site parking. The instructions for permit parking from the owner are not good. The on street parking in front of the property is hourly and we never found a resident permit space as directed by the owners. We parked a block away in a free parking space most of the time. The dishwasher was in disrepair and the stove top was encrusted with burnt on food. We cooked every day and the pots and pans are inadequate. I had to bake a chicken on a pizza pan.There are no replacement bags for the kitchen and bathroom trash pails. The remote for the A/C unit was broken and the batteries were taped in. We had a hard time using it, but it did an adequate job cooling the unit. Overall, we expected more for the price. It could use some TLC.

This place was great and close to everything. We had trouble finding parking and the check in code didn’t work so we had to wait to get a new code. I messaged the host to ask a question about parking and did not get a reply at all throughout our whole stay. I would recommend better communication. I would have given this 5 stars if the communication was better.
