Inside, you'll find a cozy haven featuring a queen-size Murphy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. But The Den is more than just a place to rest; it offers versatility. With a washer and dryer included in the space, packing light becomes a breeze (available April 2024). Stay connected with Wi-Fi availability and enjoy intimate meals at the two-seater kitchen table, or take your dining experience outdoors and enjoy a bottle of wine while admiring the scenic views. The two bar stools provide the perfect spot to unwind and savor the moment outdoors.

Every detail has been carefully curated to enhance your stay. From blackout shades to a full bathroom, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing retreat. And with amenities like an Anker Bluetooth speaker, Keurig coffee machine catering to your preferences (starter supplies included!), relaxation is effortless.

Guests will be given a security keypad code that must be entered in order to gain access to the driveway that leads to the left towards your private tiny home on the hill. Private entry and parking for 2! Guests will have full access to the 1 bedroom home, expansive deck with outdoor eating area, BBQ, fire pit, hammock, and jacuzzi.

The Den rental team want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping an up-to-date and sanitized/clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available during business hours via phone, text, or messenger to answer any questions or concerns. Let us know if you plan to arrive after hours (9pm-7am) so we may give you additional access information ahead of time.

We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed, so do not plan to visit with us in person during your stay (unless there is an issue that needs to be addressed) - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

Charming neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous mountain views and wine country. A serene and tranquil environment perfect for relaxation with its rolling hills, lush valleys and picturesque landscape. Take in the beautiful star studded night sky while lounging in our hot tub with a glass of wine. Golfing is available just down the street and neighboring wineries are a very short drive. Beautiful hiking trails to explore here. Centrally located near cities and attractions like Lego land, Sea World and Disneyland too!

*Landscape Maintenance is scheduled for every Monday (8-3pm)/Pool Maintenance is every Tuesday approx. 15 min
*There is a rock quarry across the valley. They operate Monday-Friday 6:30-3pm. The sound is very dull and low but guests sensitive to sound should consider accordingly
*Children are welcome but it is not a good fit for babies. No baby amenities provided
*NO PARTIES/ EVENTS/ GATHERINGS. MAX OCCUPANCY observed on property. Limit of 2 guests MAX. Please do not book this property if you are looking to party as you will be asked to leave with no refund.
*There is plenty of parking along our spacious unpaved driveway leading up to the home and it is secured by our private security gate.
*Quiet time is 10pm- 7am (music off, voices down)
*Please do not disturb neighbors
*Bringing pets? There is an additional fee of $35/night per pet. If you choose the option on Airbnb for a pet ($70) and it exceeds that amount we will send you an invoice post-booking for the remaining balance. Please notify me prior to arrival (up to 2 pets) — over 25lbs requires $200 pet deposit
*Also, this property is not fenced and is surrounded by wildlife (ie. coyotes, rattlesnakes, etc). Please take precautions with your pet and never leave them unattended outside. Please see our welcome guide inside the property for tips on wildlife encounters. Must curb your pet, any pet damages will be charged to renter.
*No smoking inside
*If wanting early check-in: $50 early check in fee. Once fee is paid we will send access instructions early. Please note: *early check in is not guaranteed and we will only send an early check-in fee request if the unit is ready for you early. Regularly scheduled check-in time is 4pm.
*Wifi speed is FAST!
*Docusign Rental agreement must be signed for insurance reasons in order to gain access to the property.
* Fire Pit: Feel free to cozy up around our fire pit, but remember to do so with caution, especially when a child is present—safety first! Additionally, please be mindful that our fire pit's propane usage is monitored. Guests may incur charges for any loss of propane if the fire pit is left unattended for extended periods.
*The Den resort fee covers spa maintenance, cleanings, and propane for fire pit use. If there is ever an issue with the spa or fire pit we can refund you this $35 spa & fire pit resort fee.
*Guests arriving after dark: Twin Oaks Valley road is not well lit (due to no street lights). Proceed slowly with headlights on. Address is posted at the entrance.

Cameras/Devices:
*Smoke detector - I will be notified if there is smoking inside the townhome ($200 fine)
*Minut – sound detection at high decibels – I will be notified at 85 decibels during regular hours and over 70 decibels during quiet hours. If it gets very loud you will be notified too. We cannot hear what is being said, just measured sound decibels.
*Exterior Cameras- Security gate, driveway and front door- audio & visual recordings activated by motion sensor and in place for safety measures.

** If you book via VRBO and need to cancel you will be refunded according to our cancellation policy minus any banking transfer fees.

*Kindly note that a refundable security deposit of $250, temporarily held as a pre-authorization on your credit card, will reflect during the week of your departure. This pre-authorization is not a charge and will be promptly released, provided no damages are claimed.*

*Special note after the COVID-19 Crisis:
Protecting each other’s health and safety is very important to us. We are doing our part in keeping our vacation rental as safe as possible to prevent any spread of any disease/illness. With the current concern over the coronavirus, we have taken further precautions. We have always made sure each room is clean and safe for the next guest and we will continue to do so.
