Relax in this newly built, 420-square-foot studio ADU, perfectly situated just one mile from the iconic Oceanside Pier and vibrant downtown. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a small family trip, our peaceful retreat offers the ideal home base to recharge. The space features one queen bed and a comfortable sofa bed, along with a full kitchen, central heating and air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, a washer, and all the essential amenities for a seamless stay. Enjoy your own private entrance and courtyard, or head to the rear patio deck to soak in beautiful ocean views with a cocktail in hand. With convenient access to local beaches and attractions, our cozy studio offers a welcoming sanctuary after a day of exploration. Please note that the unit is non-smoking and street parking is available directly in front. We are always happy to assist with any questions you may have!

I stayed with my fiance and her son. Perfect for a small family. Property was clean and organized. We really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we will be back.

The property and the host were amazing. Great proximity to the beaches, great restaurants, happy beachgoers. Kitchen fully stocked plus extra's. Laundry convenience, clean studio apartment, updated tile shower, A/C, heat, clean in all ways. Will definitely be back for another awesome vacation!! JW

From the moment we booked til the time we left, everything was great!! It was super clean, very well set up(for a comfortable stay) and perfectly decorated with a beach vibe. The host was very informative with all the details of the studio. We are looking forward to another stay.

If you happen to be staying in Oceanside this is a great spot not only is it really comfortable and has a home feeling it’s located close to the best things Oceanside has to offer. Eric as a host was perfect and communicated thoughtfully and throughly and I’d not the best host I’ve had the pleasure of staying with. He even was flexible on my checkout time working with me to give us more time for a late check out when it was available I will be staying here again

This little place is a gem. Just a mile from the beach, straight shot down Mission Avenue. Page Ballesteros couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. The little place is bright and clean. Great food choices all around. All appliances in perfect working order. You’ll love this place. Try Mia Tiara’s for coffee and a muffin in the way to the beach in the morning!

This beautiful getaway is a home away from home. You get exactly what you see in the photos and read in the description definitely get what you pay for! The host is very sweet and accommodating when able, he was checking in making sure we had everything we needed. Close to the beach I would definitely book this spot again no questions asked. I would definitely recommend this place 10/10.

What a lovely stay. The cottage itself is beautiful — spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and genuinely comfortable from the moment we walked in. The kitchen had everything we needed, the linens were soft and fresh, and the little touches (great coffee setup included!) made us feel completely at home. Our host was warm and responsive from start to finish, which made everything effortless. If you're considering this place, book it — you won't regret a thing. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect, the room was clean and cozy with no issues at all, easy check in / check out. Eric was very professional to communicate with and very responsive to messages. Will be booking with him again.

Excellent stay! This space is very well laid out with high quality finishes. We were very comfortable here. Enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, pier and restaurants/shops. Walk was about 40 minutes, sidewalks and crosswalks the entire route. Would definitely recommend!

Good value for the stay. Provided us with extra snacks, waters, etc. Very communicative too. The smoke detector was pretty sensitive when using the oven and went off twice. But overall didn’t have any issues

We had a great week in Oceanside. The unit was clean, well stocked with everything we could need, organized and smelled clean. For not being a very big unit, it took care of us very well. We met the host who introduced himself, he lives on site, and was very friendly and informative. We would stay here again.

We loved this vrbo! Nice and clean, had access to a bbq, a lovely back yard with fire pits, a hot tub, bikes, paddleboards, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards. Eric was amazing and responded to any questions we had. We will definitely be back.

Birthday weekend stay

Clean and spacious studio with a cute beach vibe, felt very private and secure with the separate locked gate entry. The studio was well appointed and had every thing I needed. It was a quick drive to the beachfront. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed for a weekend of soccer. The place was exactly what we needed. It was our own space. Kitchen was stocked well. My kiddo was excited to have some quick snacks in the pantry. I was grateful for the washer and dryer in-between games. It was a quick stay for us so the luggage racks were helpful vs. unpacking. I didn't know how to use the a/c but the owner was nice enough to walk me through it. Parking was right outside the gate. We had everything we needed. Location was perfect for us. 10min drive to the fields and 12mins to the beach. We are planning on coming next year for soccer again. This studio will be saved as a favorite for us.

Calm and Relaxing

Beautiful property. You can tell the owner put a lot of love into this property. Everything was accessible. I had the best experience. I'll definitely be back. We had an amazing time with great local restaurants.

Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!

Cute, spacious studio with all the amenities to enjoy a stay close to all that Oceanside has to offer. Unit is east of the 5 freeway, very easy to find and secure. The view from the deck out back is amazing - to watch the sunset and the occasional sounds of freedom from Camp Pendleton were just the R & R we needed. We didn’t make it back to the studio after dinner to enjoy the hot tub, looking forward to trying it next visit.. The extensive movie collection & complimentary snacks were appreciated as well. Thank you to our host Eric for recommendations and quick response to any questions we had.
