WELCOME TO SEA-NIC BLISS! STYLISH CONDO IN BEAUTIFUL CARILLON BEACH! THE ONLY FLOOR TO ENJOY THE GULF VIEW! The property is equipped with all the comforts of home for a great vacation! The condo includes lake and gulf views, multiple pools and beach access within a short walk.

HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
- Carillon sits on 104 acres and offers 3900 feet of beach front
- Carillon Market Street is home to local eateries, galleries and boutiques
- Beach access within a short walk (5-7 minutes depending on which access)
- Lake Carillon - 13 acre lake with migratory birds, bass, turtles

Initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all of our guests.
FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 3 extra liners for the kitchen trash
FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner and trash can liner.

We love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation! However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of the condo, or any of the beaches along 30A. There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!

Wonderful experience! We love the apartment, pet friendly so we could get together with our pets while we enjoy our time in carillon beach. We will came back next year for sure.

This was a perfect spring break getaway for me and my kids. We enjoyed the condo, the pool, the beach and especially the Market area. We will definitely be coming back again soon. Thank you for a wonderful time and memories made.

We started coming to Carrillon several years ago because it is dog friendly. We have stayed with Vitaly and Kate condos enough that I always look for their availability first. They are great to work with, the condo is very clean with great views and when we do have a question Vitaly responds quickly.

Great location and amenities at resort!Cute place; couch was a little uncomfortable for a 7 night stay and the bed was really firm. (Hard).

Vitaly and Kate are great to stay with. This was our second time to stay in one of their Carillon Beach condos and our eighth vacation at Carillon overall. This is our nicest room at the inn. The view is beautiful, the room was well furnished and very clean and we were able to have our dog. We are already talking about booking for the spring!

Great condo and view

Truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The area has great restaurants and amenities either in the community or close by. We definitely will be back next year.

The space was lovely with wonderful views of the lake and gulf in the distance. It's a short walk to all of the community pools. The welcome package with bottled water, starter coffee K-cups and snack came in handy. Providing complimentary slippers was a nice touch.
