Condo was excellent! The listing was accurate, it very clean, comfortable and plenty large for our family. The view of the Gulf was amazing, easy access and the beach wasn’t crowded. The hosts were easy to communicate with from booking till checkout. Will definitely be booking here in the future.

It is hard to find a nice beachfront condo that is clean and also pet friendly but this one was. The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

This is a wonderful property! It is spacious, clean, has incredible floor to ceiling windows and has balcony doors that provide a wonderful view of the beach. The key to the unusually uncrowded beach is that the property has two long buildings with only 5 (large) units on each of the 8 floors. The beach service of two chairs and an umbrella each day made relaxing on the beach very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the main bathroom has two sinks. We will definitely make a return visit!

Everything was just perfect... We always enjoy the Seaside properties and this one was great and made for an enjoyable vacation for all. We love the wall of windows and quiet location.

Excellent place to stay. Full window walls gave us beautifull beach, ocean, and sunset views. Home was super clean and convenient. Would definately stay here again.

We were so comfortably situated in this condo. If you are used to ordering groceries from Walmart, be sure and change the address to the address of the Walmart you want to shop at in Panama City. If you have it set to your home address and forget to change it, that could be a problem.I can’t say enough about the location of this condo and its floor to ceiling views of the beach. If you have come to decompress, you found the right place. Daylight to dark views of the ocean. Jimmy Buffet would have approved. Sunset is a special time. The hosts have provided all sorts of beach toys, chairs and even games in case of a rainy day. We were blessed. It only rained as we were leaving,Great vacation. The layout of the condo with floor to ceiling Ocean views from both bedrooms and family area is the best we have experienced in any of our stays in PCB. The location is just far enough away from Pier Park that the traffic is not horrible. And of course having direct beach access from the property was perfect.

The stay was all around a 10/10 with the entire process from booking and communication to the actual rental property. Location couldn't be better the area is just perfect , this was my second stay here and we are definitely re booking for next year. The place is extremely clean ans neat , showers have excellent pressure
