Nice, clean, comfortable house in a very good location. Hosts are courteous and prompt. We’ve been here twice and are likely to return!

This place was a gem. Impeccably clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. Wonderful location - easily accessible to Indiana University as well as Indianapolis. Very hospitable and responsive host. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

Cozy, clean and comfortable

Nice little place for our short stay to go to an IU game. Slept 4 adults with no issues.

Easy access and the host was a wonderful communicator. The location was perfect for us and the house the perfect size for our stay. Unfortunately, we encountered many bugs in all the rooms and many cob webs. I informed the host and she insured it would be taken care of if we decided to return. We loved how quiet it was but there was an automatic light outside on the front porch that would turn on at night which woke me up several times. Made me think someone was standing outside to trigger the light. Other than that everything was great and we enjoyed our time there.

Thank you for your feedback. I assure you we did have the extermination company make an extra visit. This is the first time we’ve had any kind of issue and have been checking the house every couple of days that it’s empty since you were there and have seen no sign of cobwebs or bugs. I’m so sorry to hear the light bothered you! We provide that so that Guest arriving after dark have a ready light available. There is an off switch right by the front door. I truly hope if you’re in our area in the future, you’ll give us another try! Safe travels

Overnight girls trip

Property was exactly as stated. I would say even more beautiful and cozy once you are inside! So cute and clean! Host was very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone that is in this area!

Weekend adventures

We visited Brown County and McCormick’s Creek State Parks. The house was a perfect location to visit all the neighboring activities. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely consider booking again if needed.

This was a "Senior Citizen" shopping weekend with friends. This Little Yellow House was amazing!!! Beautifully decorated very comfortable beds a fully stocked kitchen. Couldn't find any flaws. We felt so at home. Really we didn't want to leave. Melissa thanks for all your help with a little hiccup and for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely consider this place when we come back to this area again. Oh and by the way our shopping trip was a success.
