The property is very nice. It is probably an older property, but it has been very well maintained. We love the fact that we could bring our dog. Highly recommend!

Great location, very pleasant stay. My only critic was the use of TV . Multiple remotes per TV and no instructions on use. I would have liked to know how best to navigate. I would plan to return.

Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. Definitely wore out Lumpy and saggy. Seen black mold on air vent in master bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The balcony was awesome including the view, the furniture, and the safety, especially for pets or littles. We loved the light airy beach decor of the condo. It was a great size for us and our rescue pup. The master bedroom was nicely decorated and very comfortable. As other reviewers said, the second bedroom is small. It has a pocket door and is on the left just after you walk into the unit. We took advantage of the full kitchen to pick up take and bake seafood! We had a great time!

Great location. Clean but small. The second bedroom is extremely small that it does not have a dresser. Otherwise a nice stay.

Perfect getaway location

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway. It was the perfect location for our weekend getaway to go shopping and eat at Lambert’s. Would definitely recommend. Beds felt amazing!

Week of fun sun and relaxin

The condo was clean and well maintained and well furnished. The view was unobstructed. Even though we were in a dog friendly building it was quiet and the doggy run was clean.

Yearly trip with family

This was our 4th time to stay at Silver Beach. We love the location and that it is not a huge property. Easy access to the beach, great view from Balcony. Condo was clean and had everything we needed! We would stay here again.

Family vacay!

It was truly a family vacay to remember because we were able to bring our fur baby! We were worried that condo would smell because of it being pet friendly but it did not! Everything was super clean and inviting! We will be back!

Just what we were looking for!

The location was perfect to so many venues! We had the perfect location which was beautifully set up! It’s close to grocery shopping, outlet malls, and many restaurants. It was nice and quiet for the perfect relaxation that we were needing. If you’re looking for comfort this was a definite must! The patio was a plus considering safety for our pets!

Beautiful view

Besides some of the plugs inside an out not working, an the elevator was being worked on our stay was great. The virw from our room was just perfect.

Good beach time

The condo was nice. The main bedroom was a good size but the second bedroom was very very small. I think a buck bed set should be put in that small room. With a full size bed on bottom.

Check in was right at 4pm. When we walked in the floors were still soaking wet. So I got a towel to dry it so we didn’t slip moving our stuff in. The floors were disgusting. It was like the floor was cleaned with just water. When I picked up the towel from drying the floors, it was a completely different color. Was truly upset about that. But other than the floors, the rooms were nice. It was on the beach. The pool was nice and clean. The residents were nice and welcoming. The items you had for us to use to take to the beach (wagon, toys, etc.) was very convenient and you can tell you thought about all the guest while setting this up. I was just truly upset about the floors because that’s not something I wanted to walk on all weekend. I know being on the beach you’ll have sand on you and on the floors but this was build up of dirt and not maintained cleaning on the cleaners part.

Not a 2 bedroom

2nd bedroom was a very small room w a full size bed. No closet and is not considered a bedroom. Not good for 2 adults. Air conditioner would not cool unit down.
