This two story family friendly house is located in Seljahverfi, a quiet suburb about 15 minute drive from downtown Reykjavik.
The house has five bedrooms and one and a half bathroom. Furthermore it has a laundry room, a pantry, very big patio with hot tub for 5-6 people and a large garden where the whole family can have fun together!
The main bedroom has a 55 inch TV and a walk-in closet.
All the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have blackout curtains. In addition well the laundry room and full bathroom is on the ground floor.
On the upper floor is the TV room, living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry and half bathroom.
The parking lot itself easily accommodates two vehicles and has a charger for electronic vehicles.
There is a super market (Netto and Kronan) within a two minute drive and the mall Smaralind is only four minute drive away.
Wireless internet is in the house.
Many walk paths are nearby if guests want to take a stroll and experience the surrounding areas.
