This spacious 74m2 apartment is located on the 10th floor of Capital Bay Towers, a highly sophisticated and well-located building in the heart of Business Bay, and it comes with elevator access. The towers offer luxury residential apartments close to landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Water Canal.
This apartment is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Designed with large windows overlooking the city, the living area features a comfortable king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows through multiple streaming options like Netflix and a dining table.
The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to make a home-cooked meal, including a cooking stove, microwave, and toaster. There's also a washing machine and ironing equipment for all your laundry needs.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries, which are convenient.
You will have complimentary access to the building's shared facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, children's playground, and jacuzzi.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort before your arrival.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
