We had a great time! The property was very clean and homey, the view was fantastic, and the water so calm around the dock. Everyone had a great time fishing and swimming. All the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would love to visit again.

We absolutely loved the place!!! Great Gove and area. It was perfect for the kiddos to swim off the dock. The house was very clean with the perfect amount of rooms and beds for our families. The fully stocked kitchen was also great! We fully enjoyed the place and will most definitely be coming back.

Peaceful lake view and quiet atmosphere. Plenty of space for the family to spread out. House and property were super clean and host was very quick to respond!

Fabulous View & Awesome House

Loved it!

We had the best time! House was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed (and then some!). You can’t beat the views from the front of the house. There’s also great patio furniture to sit outside and enjoy. This part of the lake is super calm and the dock was a great place to swim. My family goes to PK every summer and we plan to come back and stay here! Great experience!

The property was awesome! The pictures don’t do it justice. The guys fished off the dock and others swam. Everything you could possibly need was on site. We truly hope to book again!

Nice stay

Clean, up to date house, outstanding view. No extra food left in fridge to have to keep seperate from ours. Boat dock very nice and for us was perfect since we have 4 jet skies and it had a jet ski dock. Water in the area was clean and clear. Plenty of cement parking out front.

Weekend getaway

Very impressed , house was beautiful and the location couldn’t have been better docked my boat the entire time no wake no constant boat traffic evenings were spectacular. Had a little boat trouble neighbor towed us to the nearby ramp even though he was very busy. Will be back as soon as possible.

The property was exactly as represented! We had a wonderful time with wonderful weather (as wonderful as Texas in July can be)!The three brothers get together yearly to 'Pass the Portrait' of their mother from one brother to the next. All three wanted this beautiful portrait and this is the result - great family time with recollections and stories. This property allowed us to relax and enjoy each other without distractions.The kitchen was furnished very well. The washer/dryer was used - someone fell in the lake from their kayak. Notes were placed in prime places, so rules could be followed.We plan to return!

Possum Kingdom Perfection

What a perfect place to stay for a weekend fishing tournament at Possum Kingdom Lake! The fishermen in our group had arrived at the lake early on the first day of our stay to "pre-fish" and enjoyed lunch at the Hungry Fox before checking in at the house. The boat lift was unavailable during our stay, but there is a convenient boat ramp nearby, and it was easy to tie up to the dock with our bumpers during fishing breaks. The non-fishermen in our group made excellent use of the partially covered dock: tanning, swimming, relaxing in the shade, and watching sunrises and sunsets. One need not venture down the stone steps and across the floating walkway onto the dock to enjoy beautiful lake views, however. A spacious patio with plenty of seating is adjacent to the back of the house and there are large windows in the great room facing the lake. From the living/dining/kitchen area to the bedrooms and bathrooms, this lake house is well-suited for larger groups. Families looking for a rental to share with friends, please note that this house has two master bedrooms suites. Also, that the other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house. Grown-ups could be on one side, kids on the other. Perfect!

Nice Lakefront Home for Groups of 6-12

Checkin was easy. House was majority clean save for some animal hair in living area. Bed linens and bathroom towels were clean. House was stocked well with plates, cups, cooking utensils and small appliances. Outside furniture all had covers to keep them clean. The propane grill had a full spare bottle on site, but the grill itself needs some TLC as it has a thick layer of buildup in the lower drip pan. Dock was clean. Lake was ~2' low middle of October, there was still about 20' of water at the end of the dock. Nice deep-water lot as advertised. Jetski ramps worked well. Totally skunked on fishing, but so were the bass boats out on the open water. Check out was simple. Owner didn't ask for too much cleaning work, just basics. Only major comment from the group was that it would be nice to have an outdoor firepit. The small house next door (also a rental) had a small propane fire table going both nights and we were envious. Overall I would recommend this location based on ease of access, lake location, parking availability, and price point for # of beds and bathrooms.
