Perfect place for us. We were attending an event at Spire and this location was great. It was also clean and comfortable. So nice to have access to a kitchen rather than staying at a hotel!

The unit was clean, but it was not remodeled as it was advertised you had rubber wall tiles coming off in the kitchen. There was paint on the trim of the shower chip marks in the wall pieces of drywall missing completely dark outside no curb appeal whatsoever you had to walk from the back parking lot to the front of the house in complete darkness not a good thing. We don’t even stay our full term. We left early on Saturday morning. The bed was too hard to sleep in, and the sheets felt funny like you were sticking to them. I would not recommend this to any of my friends. The worst part was when we pulled in the street. Some neighbor’s dog jumped on my pick up truck Wasn’t real happy about that right off the bat so again I would not recommend this facility or remodeled duplex triplex.

I’m sorry to hear that the neighbors dog that got loose and jumped on your truck. I now see that this is the entire reason behind this not so good review you gave the property. I understand that you’re angry. When something makes me angry. Everything is ugly, everything is uncomfortable and I just want to go home. Thats what it sounds like here with a rare occasion of the neighbors dog getting loose. The small issues has since been fixed, paint removed from trim, a new make of sheets and tiles fixed. But the rest of your claims sound fabricated. There is no drywall missing, there is lighting in the front and back of house with dusk to dawn lighting.
