"A Wave from it All" unit 3, Apartment on the Lake
This apartment is a 2-bedroom rental with all newer furniture and all basic kitchen appliances, cook wear and dining utensils. Kitchen towels are provided along with dish soap, one roll of paper towels and two trash bags.
The master bedroom had a queen size bed with a dresser and bedroom 2 has a full-size bed with a set of bunk beds and a dresser. This unit sleeps 6 total and all bed linens, pillows and comforters are provided.
There is one full bathroom with tub/shower. two rolls of toilet paper provided. Bath linens are not provided. hand soap is provided.
There is a 50" TV with satellite and Wifi.
Outside there is a large, shared picnic area with your own designated charcoal grill, fire pit, and picnic table, indicated with the #3 on the fire pit. Charcoal & firewood not provided but feel free to use any supplies that may be left behind from renters in your unit.
The parking area allows 2 cars to park in front of unit and additional parking available across the parking lot. your spots are marked with a 3.
Our property is roughly 1/4 mile from GOTL main strip.

Everything was clean and represented accurately. I couldn’t be more happy with our stay and I would definitely stay there again. The property was on the water and so relaxing.

We went on a sister’s get-away for a few days. This was the perfect property for our relaxation and fun. It was easy to drive to, very clean, and super close to everything Geneva on the Lake has to offer. The setting near the lake was quiet and beautiful. You can’t go wrong staying at A Wave From It All!

We had a great stay and the rental was exactly as described. You could walk to the strip, but it is a long walk; however, there is plenty of free parking on the strip. There are chairs you can take over to the grassy area and watch a beautiful sunset from the property. There is a fire pit, picnic tables, and charcoal grills to use. We would definitely stay here again, so I highly recommend.

1 night getaway and lucky we found this nice setup so close to Lake Erie. Just as advertised. Will probably try & get family to stay with us in the other suites both sides of the suite we stayed in. So nice being in the area of Geneva, and all this area has to offer.

The place was very clean and the view of Lake Erie was spectacular. The only down-side was our own fault — didn’t realized there were no bath towels so we had to go buy some. Again, our fault for not reading the property description thoroughly. Also, we sent two messages to Jim prior to our visit and got no response. He must have been busy!!

The condo was clean, bathroom spacious, bedrooms comfortable, kitchen quite small (which a side island would offer some welcomed additional counter space), overall the condo was comfortable for our four day stay. The view of the lake and shared outdoor grassy area was excellent, spacious and utterly delightful and relaxing. Everything went very smoothly so we had no need to have extra interaction with the host. Ultimately we’d rate our stay on a scale of 1-5, a 4.5 very good! Thank you!

We stayed in apartment 3 with my family for a week and the apartment was very clean. It was cozy and spacious enough for all of us. The views can't be beat. The private beach access was a plus. It was a quiet, relaxing beautiful week.

Nice quiet place, property manager was very helpful, beach is small but was not crowded. Beautiful sunset

Family Vacation
We had a great stay for our family vacation! Especially loved the sunset views over the lake and the quiet mornings! Beautiful 😍

Due to an issue with our lock, we did not stay in the listed apt. Melissa graciously upgraded our stay to one of her neighboring apartments. The building as a whole was very well kept and the view can't be beat. When it says lake front, Lake Erie is literal steps away. A little challenging to find in the dark, but it was an extremely pleasant stay. We had pleanty of room and it was nice to relax and not have to listen to hotel doors slamming and people running the halls. Definitely will recommend to friends and we hope to stay again as well.

Girls Trip
Perfect location. The private beach was a huge bonus. I wish I brought a float with me. I will definitely be back.

Short getaway
A friend and I wanted a short getaway close to home, at one of our favorite places! The View was beautiful and the space to walk around was ideal. I would definitely stay there again!

Weekend Getaway
This was exactly what we wanted and got for a quick weekend! Can't beat the view and access. Owners were on site briefly and very nice. Would definitely book again.

Overall great little place
Just far enough from the strip for a quiet family stay. I wish there would have been bath towels and wash clothes but shopping was close enough we figured it out. Would definitely recommend.

weekend getaway
My husband & I with another couple came up from Columbus to Geneva on the Lake to enjoy a weekend getaway! Fun time, loved all the local party events. Loved this place it was a little ways down from all the action but still within walking distance. The view was amazing!

Family Fun
Family Fun getaway. This was a short affordable trip for when we really needed a little "A Wave from it all"! My husband and I, our 2 daughters and 2 teens all had a great stay and a fun time @Genevaa on the Lake. We enjoyed the 2bdr rental, which was really cute and had most everything we needed.

Located on a private drive with private beach access (closed to the public but private to all of our surrounding tenants) and 1/4 mile from the famous Geneva on the Lake strip! There are no trespassing signs by beach but that is just for the public. Feel free to walk or drive down!!!
