Airbnb guests live in another part of duplex ,we want you to respect the fact that they live in property and that’s why we don’t accept loud music , noise, excessive drinking, drugs and extra visitors , you can enjoy your part of duplex in complete privacy, we will be available If you will need us, but if you want to party or get crazy this place is not for you , don’t even send us an inquiry please .

Very quiet family oriented area with a planty of greens everywhere. Golf course just across the road. One of the best neighborhoods in Miami very well located - just few mins drive to everything.

CARGO TRAIN passing through the area where house is located so it can get noisy HOWEVER house has newly installed hurricane impact windows and doors so its definitely less noisy than it used to be. Also train is not honking. You almost won't hear it.
House it's a DUPLEX - you'll enjoy complete privacy on your side of the house.

***If you are looking for a party house , drugs, and loud music then this house is NOT for you ! My neighbors and tenants are very cautious and sensitive about bad behavior and we don’t accept it !*** we want you to be respectful to us and to our neighbors as we are respectful to you as well :)***
IF THESE HOUSE RULES ARE VIOLATED, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY!

• No parties! This is very important to us as we live in a very quiet neighborhood and would like to respect our neighbors and tenants.
• No noise or loud music.
• No smoking inside (+$250 fee).
• No extra guests or visitors during the day or night without approval.

If these rules are not respected, your deposit may be forfeited.

Please respect our check-in and check-out times:
• Check-in is after 4pm.
• Check-out is before 10am. ($30 per every hour if not respected for rescheduling the cleaning service).

• Never park your car on the grass! There are many parking spots available.
• Please leave the house in the same condition as you found it. Clean your dishes and take the trash out. The trash are located at the entrance of the property.
• No sand in the house, bathroom, or bathtub! The plumbing is old and can get clogged.
• Don’t store trash in the house for days. Kindly use the trash chute daily to avoid bugs (we live in humid Florida).
• Please don't leave any food or food crumbs outside of the fridge or uncovered to avoid bugs.
• Always keep the back door and front door closed to avoid bugs.

If you are looking for a party house, drugs, smoking inside, and loud music, this house is NOT for you! Our tenants live right next door and are very cautious and sensitive about bad behavior. We do not accept it. We want you to be respectful to our tenants and our neighbors.
