Bachelorette Weekend

We had an incredible stay in St. Petersburg Florida! The house was so lovely and perfect for the amount of girls we had. It was in the middle of everything and was a great location!

Great family vacation

Wonderful family trip. Wonderful location, close to beaches, close to St Pete and Clearwater. Enjoyed the pool and spa although we did have to figure a lot to take care of it. But it was off season and we are not pool owners. No points off for that, enjoyed it everyday. The host Michelle was great to work with. We defintely would stay here again.

February Family Vacation

The house was perfect for my wife and I, along with our 2 girls 5 and 7, my mom and dad, and my wifes mom and dad. We could not ask for a better place to spend time together and its proximity to the beach and all the shopping in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all the activities the house had to offer. If we ever plan another trip in the area, we will definitely be booking this house again.

Pool House

The pool was amazing. Spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The floors could have used a better mopping, but given the hard circumstances that all of the west coast of Florida has endured, I could understand. Kitchen was well stocked, but could use some extra dish towels and dishcloths. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place quiet neighborhood.

Plenty of room for our family of 7. Pool was great kids loved it. The spa never worked right didn’t fix it until end of our vacation so don’t know if it worked after that. Would stay there again. Another thing smoke alarms never had battery’s in them

patio flooded during a heavy rain storm. inside flooding from laundry room door. had to shop vaC water up from floor. Other than that everything was perfect. we enjoyed our stay and would re-book.

lacks basics

We had our family christmas here, bc 2 children live in FL we are out of state. This place was great for families, so many amenities, pool table and video game was a HIT, outdoor area looked nice pool was dirty and not used. On check out day the pool guy shows up unannounced and turned on spa, fountain and cleaned pool. Would have been nice on check IN day. Now to the basics we had a family of 7 adults and 2 children. Definitely needing 2 bathrooms, the main bath shower wouldn't drain. Everyone had to take showers in master. We had TWO rolls of toilet paper, not per bathroom, Two rolls total. NO dishwasher soap and not enough silverware for a big group. I contacted the manager she asked if Drano would help?? While their response was timely it was very disappointing to even deal with this. We only stayed 3 nights and didn't want to bother with a repairman to come in. Kitchen needs more supplies for a 4 bedroom home it should be stocked with basics to accommodate larger crowd. We barely had enough silverware for one meal. 3 trash bags. I've stayed at several VRBO and never experience issues like this. It was such a great space, to be clouded with these small issues and for the price you'd think we could have at least toilet paper, trash bags and dish soap.

We always strive to make sure our guests have a great stay. It is important to be accurate with your review. We put in our listing we only provide the basics for the first couple of days (soaps, TP, paper towels,) There were 4 rolls of toilet paper left for 3 nights - when you asked for more we sent you a pack of 6 (the same day) So that was not an issue. You told us the shower was draining slow, and not worry about it, but when we arrived to the home, no issues were found. The pool was not dirty, it had leaves in it from the foliage surrounding the pool, which is complexity normal, and we provide a skimmer. Again, anything that was communicated would have been solved immediately but waiting until checkout to tell us, doesn't help anyone. we hope to have you back in the future to make up for any shortcomings

This was a very nice house. 8 minutes from Madeira beach. The pool was great on property. There was plenty of room to accommodate our party of 10. The kitchen was a nice size with lots of room. The only downside is that there isn’t a great selection of cooking tools like bowls and pans. There’s even a grill that we took advantage of! One last thing, lots of mosquitoes so bring bug spray! Other than that, we loved our time there!
