The house is as shows on the photos - very spacious, we were able to spend good quality time with out group of friends. Some of the beds were not super comfortable, but given location and all else, for us it was still super worth it! Hope to go back soon

This house was perfect for our extended family. It was beautifully decorated, clean,and close to all of our favorite places. The beach was, literally, right around the corner. We loved it and hope to return next year.

Great Location!

Great location, close to the beach & downtown. Lots of room to spread out and to gather. The property is old but very clean.

Property was perfect for our three families and pup, the space allowed us to each have plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large group.We loved the location to the beach and ability to play games in the extra garage space on rainy days! House itself would benefit from a little updating. Margaret was easy to work with and contact with any questions! Thank you!

This house was perfect for our large family. Lots of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate a family of 9. The walk to Main Street is easy and Keyes Beach is just down the road. The house was clean at arrival with the ACs already going. There are a lot of items in the kitchen for cooking which is helpful. The game room was fun for us and the house has tons of beach chairs for use. There are bath and beach towels available as well, all of which helps cut down on packing bulky toweIs. I highly recommend this house if visiting Hyannis.

We had a wonderful stay with kids and our pup. Walked to the beach and to town. Cozy, comfortable, spacious.

July in Hyannis

Brought family for week of July 4th Had a great time Location excellent. Went to Brewster, breakwater beach at low tide, 4th July parade and cape cod baseball in Hyannis Beach was nice and fireworks House is wonderful Management helpful We had a great time

We love this house! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a large group. 2 kitchens and 2 washer/dryers. Plenty of parking and great beach locale

Fabulous sea st beach 5 min walk away

3 families of cousins and their kids. Each family had one floor with 2 bedrooms which worked out well. Loved the easy walk to the beach. 2 washer/dryer sets and option to add a pack and play/high chair also appreciated.

House is very inviting and great location !! Two blocks to the nearest beach and walkable into Main Street Hyannis for all the shops! The rear deck is perfect to relax for breakfast, beach chairs and umbrellas on premise. The host Margaret is very attentive. Having all the bedrooms and bathrooms was an huge plus and plenty of off street parking. Our family loved our week here! Thank you

The space was perfecr for my family of 10, including 6 teens and my 89 y/o dad. The downstairs is a separate apt with kitchen and livind space.

2023 trip

Great location. Home is beautiful. Only down side is it is 2 separate units that don’t connect to each other to make the total of a 6 bedroom home.

Great location, clean, plenty of space

This house is perfect for families, or adults visiting the Cape. It has plenty of room for sleeping, the outdoor patio comfortably sits 9 people to eat around the table, as well as the breakfast nook and dining room. The downstairs apartment type area was an added bonus and would be a great area for teens or in-laws. The location was also perfect, it is right down the street from Kalmus beach and very close to Main St. and shopping area. The house was very clean and totally equipped for everything you would need, from cooking to beach toys and board games if it's raining.

Terrific beach house & location

We loved our time at this Hyannis beach home! The home was clean, comfy, well equipped, tastefully decorated, and a perfect size for our group. Only 5 min walk to a great beach where we watched the July 4th fireworks. The beach was not crowded during the day & was perfect for wading as the water is relatively shallow for some distance. The house is a comfortable walking distance away (around 15min) to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Our teens liked the home’s game room where they played darts and foosball. The property manager was always quick to answer any questions we had.

We had two families with young children and the house had tons of space, was well stocked on beach gear, and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. For the price, I think this house needs a little TLC and the nickel-and-diming on sheets, cleaning the grill, not washing the towels, etc. is off putting.

The house is amazing and unique. The air conditioning in each room kept us cool and comfortable during a very hot week. Each room was spacious with plenty of room for our belongings and decorated in beach fashion which was lovely. We appreciated all of the outlets that were available for charging electronics. All necessary supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, beach and bath towels, and beach accessories were aplenty and of good quality. The kitchen is well appointed. Having two sets of washers and dryers, one on the main floor of the house and one in the lower level, was a huge bonus for our family. Six bedrooms and five full bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay. The house was very clean and easy to settle into. We enjoyed the games and puzzles provided as well as the game garage. There was plenty of parking for 4-5 cars. Keyes beach was a 5-10 minute stroll and is a beautiful place to play, relax and enjoy! Since the upstairs and the lower level have separate entrances, this is ideal for two families to have their individual space and privacy - the only downside was needing to go outside up the stairs to enter the main house from the downstairs unit.

Spacious, nice amenities and 5 minute walk to the beach

This house fits 10 comfortably, dinning tables are even big enough for 10. It’s a five minute walk to the beach. AC is sufficient but some room units are loud.

Great property

Margie was wonderful and responded quickly to some minor issues. Property was just as advertised and we had plenty of rooms to accommodate all 5 siblings and their plus 1’s. Having 5 bathrooms was a plus. The large dining room table fit all 10 of us for meals and we used the large deck to hang out together. We didn’t use the game room but it would be great for teens. Hyannis is a great location close to Keyes beach- easy walk and 15 minute walk to downtown. We had a great time. The grill needed a thorough cleaning- especially below the grates.
