Great location! Walk to ferry, restaurants and shopping on Main Street. Also a good central home base for exploring the rest of Cape Cod.

Very nicely appointed home. Even had doggies bowls. Had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Convenient location for driving into Hyannis, to area beaches.

Our overall stay was very relaxing & pleasant from the home being clean, house had all necessities we needed, house decor was bright & beautiful, close proximity to beaches, walking to the Main Street shopping, restaurants, to our hosts who were very responsive if needed. The property was a left bank location. Very comfortable, cute and cozy. My only recommendation would be to let people know in your very first description that the bathroom is upstairs. It was fine for my friend and I, but if it had been my husband and I, it would've been an issue because he has major mobility issues with stairs. However, we love staying there. Thank you so much.

The house was a perfect size for our family of 6. It was a great backyard for our dog and the kids absolutely loved the beach down the street! We could drive or walk to the main street and it was so easy to get on the ferry.

Had a great stay with our family of 4 and our dog. The location was quiet but near everything we needed, and we were able to walk to the beach a few times too! The host communicated check-in info clearly and the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The only bathroom was upstairs, not an issue for us but worth noting for anyone with mobility issues.

The house itself is very nice and newly painted! However, the power needs to be upgraded. There are many things plugged into many outlets around the house enough to make me think it may burn down! The water pressure is not good but doable. All in all we had a nice stay and I would recommend it

Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about the house and recent updates. We're glad you enjoyed your stay overall. We did want to clarify a couple of points for future guests. The home's electrical panel was completely replaced with a brand-new system in 2017 and is fully up to code. While there are a number of devices and appliances throughout the house to enhance the guest experience, the electrical system is designed to safely support them. Regarding the water pressure, what you experienced is generally consistent with municipal water service throughout much of Cape Cod. While it may differ from what some guests are accustomed to in other regions, it is typical for the area. We are also disappointed that these concerns were not brought to our attention during your stay. Had we known, we would have been happy to discuss them with you and address any questions or concerns in real time. Guest satisfaction is very important to us, and we always encourage guests to reach out so we can help ensure the best possible experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we appreciate your recommendation of the property.

We had a wonderful and relaxed vacation at Frank and Andrea’s home. Bayview Beach which is right down the street is a small, beautiful, and calm spot to get away from it all! We enjoyed the many restaurants as well-seafood in this area top notch! It was also nice that we could bring our boston terrier with us!

We had the best time on our trip! The house was very clean! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could have needed for cooking. The couches and beds were very comfortable. The air conditioners worked great. The highlight of the house is the close walk to the beach! The beach has swings for little kids and my daughter was so happy! The beach was clean and it was fun to watch the ferry boats. I was a little worried with the close proximity to the hospital but we didn’t hear any sirens late at night or anything! Recommendations for food: tugboats (great lobster roll), bagels and beyond, a taste of Siam, and old king coffee. Pizza barbone was just okay. We loved having access to the grill at the house to cook a quick easy meal! In dennisport we ate at Dolly Bandera’s and sundae school (both worth the drive and hype!) Activities: sandy pond splash pad and playground was a huge hit for our 3 year old. The Barnstable fair (only 1 week in July), KANDY KORNER! Don’t miss out on this store it has great candy and fudge! All and all we had a great time. It was so nice to bring our dog and stay in a safe comfortable home. Frank and Adriana are great hosts and you can tell they take pride in the house! We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect house for our vacation

Lewis Bay Getaway truly felt like home with every amenity we could want or need. The location near the harbor was convenient and we enjoyed several restaurants close by. Tugboats, Spanky’s and Baxter’s were all great. Our family loved this cozy and clean property…it was the perfect size for our family of 4.

A lovely weekend getaway

We had a really nice time staying here - it was the perfect size for our group of four adults. It’s a relatively short walk to the closest beach, and there are more within easy driving distance. The property was clean and in good condition.
