As always a pleasant stay in the desert. Nice quiet location a short walk from the Sonoran Preserve, and a short drive to numerous mountain trails (Pinnacle Peak, et al). And the restaurants in Cave Creek are just 10-15 min away.

Beautiful, well-appointed home and awesome secluded location still close to hiking trails, restaurants and amenities. Had a great stay and would definitely visit again!

The kitchen was unusually well-equipped..........more so than other vrbos we have stayed in. The bedroom/bath arrangements were great for our family:grandparents, parents, and two grandchildren. The pool was beautiful and the surrounding neighborhood included large lots, making the area spacious, rather than crowded like so much of Scottsdale.

The property is as advertised. In a very exclusive neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family to spread out and enjoy the desert views. The owner was very responsive when issues arose. Would definitely consider returning again in the future.

Outstanding property! We are back after staying with Wayne last year. He is an excellent host who is very organized and accommodating. I highly recommend this property and host!

The property is just as described. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets to view every day. Wildlife is plentiful with lots of views from poolside as well as walks through the neighborhood. Our adult children stayed with us and there was plenty of room to enjoy meals together. The kitchen is more than equipped with everything needed since our daughter is a professional chef she was pleased. The pool was used every day which we had to clean because of the storms that came through the area. (Amazing to watch at night) Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions regarding some technology. Rooms were clean and baths had plenty of towels.Lots of recreation in the area and restaurants to dine. Definitely try the Ravens Wine Bar. We would rent again.

The house is in a very nice neighborhood in Carefree, Az, that is located away from the crowds of Phoenix. House is complete with great pool and spa with a very private backyard. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space - plus a large, very private Casita located away from the main house. Great location for those looking for proximity to hiking trails (Tonto National Forest, Pinnacle Peak, etc.). Rustic restaurants in Cave Creek are just 10 min away.

This an 11 out of 10! Amazing property-very luxurious. And the owner, Wayne, included so many extras, it was like he was specifically providing the ultimate stay for us. Simply amazing property. The pictures on VBRO are a good start but the home is much nicer than shown. Wayne was extremely helpful— check-in was easy and he even came out to help us with a couple things (user error on our part). I can’t say enough about this property. You will not be disappointed! We came for a family reunion (held elsewhere) and had about 14 relatives over for a bbq. Everyone was very impressed with the property, including relatives that lived nearby. Amazing!!

We had such a lovely stay! The house was simply gorgeous. Plus it was clean, well stocked, and everything was easy to find. The six of us plus two dogs were very happy here for our Christmas vacation. We enjoyed the heated pool and the spa, the scenery was stunning, and we were able to cook nice meals in the kitchen. Wayne was very responsive to questions about checking in and out, and questions about the pool remote. My husband and I stayed in the casita and enjoyed a little extra privacy. We'd love to come back again next Christmas. You won't be disappointed here.

Fantastic property with amazing host

We really enjoyed our visit to this property and had an excellent experience with the owner. The house was well appointed and located in an exclusive, private neighborhood. The owner was very communicative and provided us with regular updates on our pending stay. While there is some construction nearby, this had a minimal impact on our stay. The pool, casita, and patio areas were top notch. Overall, it was a quiet and enjoyable visit.

Plenty of room 10 stars.

Great place to stay, top of the line appliances for cooking. Included Google tv., HBO Max and Disney. It was great to cool off in the pool on a hot summer day. Pool is shaded in the afternoon. We also may our way to the Grand Canyon staying in Flagstaff on the way and in Sedona on the way back. Arizona is an amazing state, much different then our Atlanta area home.
We were able to see the meteor showers when we were there.

House

Overall the property was good. Last day the water was not running, several cobwebs, and window frames were dirty. Spa light did not work, stereo was not operator friendly or just didn’t work. Minor things, otherwise a nice house

The house itself is amazing. The kitchen has everything to prepare meals with. The pool was super clean and easy to use the features. It was just my wife and I, but there are 2 Casita that make it perfect for multiple families.
