Your Home Away from Home with Something for Everyone

This house was designed for vacationers! For us, that was the whole point. We got tired of sleeping in cramped, overpriced hotels or on friends' air mattresses every time we came to visit Arizona. We wanted space and privacy. We wanted a heated pool and spa! And so for those reasons we purchased this home in a safe, quiet neighborhood then custom designed and remodeled it specifically with vacation in mind. It's all about the experience right? So we designed a clutter-free, wide open floor plan with a little something for everyone. Table games for excitement, a gigantic television with premium sound for movies and sports, a plush reclining couch for relaxation after long days, a play pool, a hot tub, yard games, family games, old school video games, etc.!! We even built a lounging deck for that great Arizona sunshine. And at night, the back yard and pool are beautifully lit to accent our dessert flora for a truly immersive and relaxing Sonoran experience under the stars.

This home is independently owned and operated so we will be responsive and attentive to your needs. We strive for 5-star experiences so if there is anything we can do to enhance your trip let us know. And if you have a great time feel free to leave us a signed wine cork for our collection ;-)

• Top of the line beds and bedding as we want all of our guests to be comfortable and have a great night sleep
• The private backyard has plenty of seating to gather around the pool, a hot tub to soak in, and a BBQ for grilling

• Child safety is extremely important- double-handled self-closing and latching doors on all doors leading to the backyard

Absolute Gem!

This property deserves all stars for being clean, stocked with all essentials, close to so many activities and versatile. Most important the owners AND property manager went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. They were responsive, helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay here again if traveling to the Phoenix area!

Scottsdale Stay

The house was excellent and was exactly as advertised. The guys really enjoyed the foosball, many competitions until a winner was declared. It was easy getting around from the location, which was nice. Our one and only complaint was the number of light switches that turned on nothing, and trying to figure out which switch turned on what lights. There were a couple of lights we never did figure out how to turn on. A couple of switches were labeled for outdoor things, it would be nice to have all the switches labeled as to which one turned on what. Had to use our phones for light to figure out the lighting in the bedrooms. Master bedroom's lights are hidden behind the open door to the room. Very odd. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Christmas in AZ

This beautiful home in Scottsdale is located near everything you would need. The home is beautiful ! And we enjoyed the outdoor area, pool/spa! The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms are large, and clean bathrooms. It was perfect for our family to enjoy !

Loved our stay

We loved everything about the house. Great amenities and tons of room. The pool was a lovely addition to our stay. Very nice location and the property manager was incredibly responsive. Very modern with nice bathrooms. Honestly I have never seen a cleaner rental!

Best Trip Ever

Location was fabulous. Home was set up perfect for our family. We had all the amenities we needed to prepare meals which is very helpful. Kids loved toys that were there and we even got the pool heated to have a night swim!

Spacious and convenient

Spacious, comfortable, and convenient location. Cleaning service should give detailed attention to kitchen, bathroom, bedding, and towels to ensure the expected cleanliness for every guest. Reduce the amount of work expected for the guest to do especially when they are paying a cleaning fee.

Perfect stay for Barrett Jackson event at West World

5 stars hands down!!! This location was perfect all the way around! It was close to the venue, restaurants, shopping, hiking and pickleball! When we were not out and about we enjoyed the beautiful backyard swimming, relaxing and playing games! The house was very clean and stocked! There was nothing bad about this house and trip! Wendy and her family were amazing responding to my questions which came up and the owners are very attentive to all my questions prior to the trip!

Annual golf trip

This property and neighborhood is very nice and in a great location. The house was clean and well maintained and communication with the property managers was excellent. Our only recommendation would be to install some mattress pads on the beds for more comfort when sleeping. Overall 5 star for this property. Thank you

The home was just okay clean but a little dated compared to what we are used to. We also had a small problem with small insects on the kitchen counter and sink there was spray there so we just kept spraying

Great stay!

We had a great trip with friends. The games were a fun addition and the pool and grill area was perfect for our size group. We had a small issue with the outlets and the property manager responded and came to fix it right away. There was a lot close by- shopping and entertainment. Great find!

Excellent Stay in Scottsdale

As part of our trip to Arizona (June 2024) we spent a full week in Scottsdale. I travelled with my family (my wife, 2 kids and in-laws). We stayed at Chris and Melanie's property for the full duration (7 nights). Everything was perfect. We were all super comfortable in the house. The house is well equipped. The beds, water pressure/temperature, air condition, and cleanliness were a 10/10 for me. The location is excellent, quiet, nice neighborhood. Everything is close: restaurants, groceries, Starbucks, etc. Moving around the Scottsdale area was quick and easy. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Perfect Scottsdale Stay!

We had a great time in Scottsdale watching our son in the PAC 12 tournament. This house was perfect for our family with a huge comfy sectional, giant tv, 3 bedrooms with large beds, TV’s in two of the bedrooms, towels for the pool, and plenty of bath towels and essentials in all 3 bathrooms. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, centrally located, communication from owners was excellent. We were able to bbq, hang out at the pool and go out in the evening with section Scottsdale a 10 min drive away. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely home

This is a lovely home. The kitchen and bath counters are new and very nice. The family room has a large sectional that is very comfortable with a large TV that is great after a long day. Beds are comfortable and house is spacious. The sliding door, to the pool area, is a bit challenging but works once you figure it out. The pool is sparkling clean and super nice. The location is wonderful, lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Games in the front room of the house would be plus for younger folks as well.

My wife and I spent nearly 10 great years together living in Arizona but have since relocated. We bought this house to have something nice to stay in for our travels back to visit family and friends. As such, we specifically designed this home with the vacation traveler in mind because we ARE vacation travelers! We hope that you find your stay as fun and relaxing as we do while you enjoy the many treats that the Arizona Sonoran Desert, and Scottsdale in Particular have to offer.

North Scottsdale is one of the most sought-after areas for travelers to Arizona. There are several acclaimed golf courses to choose from, (including the TPC Scottsdale), numerous festivals and activities year round, Spring training, and a vibrant down town area with restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment venues galore.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

One thing that always bugged us when we rented a home for travel was that they were loaded with other people's "stuff." Pictures, clothing, food, etc. It was literally staying in a stranger's house. Or, on the flip side when we stayed at properties managed by corporations we had poor customer service and dilapidated accommodations. This house is the best of both worlds! We own it, so we take great care of it, but we don't live there. So you don't have to worry about our awkward family photos in the hallways and our dirty laundry everywhere (which has happened to us). It's clean, clutter-free, and you'll have it all to yourself when you stay. Make sure to sign a wine cork for us, and have a pleasant stay!
