Toilet in master bathroom ran constantly after being flushed and had to be manually fixed each time. There is paint peeling off of the ceiling in the same bathroom and a dead roach upon check in in that same bathroom as well. There's a hole in the wall ay the landong of the stairs. The vent in the downstairs bathroom dripped water on you if you were using the toilet. The home smelled musty. Ther dishwasher was full of dishes that had been cleaned, but they were not clean and wete wet. The towels were found golded on top of the dryer in the laindry room. None were in the bathroomParking was very crowded.

It’s very close to everything which made it really enjoyable. I would say parking would be easiest if you’re only bringing 1 vehicle, 2 can be less ideal but nothing horrible.

Convenient location

We were in town for a baseball tournament, so the location was perfect for us. This is a duplex with about 5 or 6 home that share the same driveway/parking area. We had an issue with the lock and the owner responded immediately and the issue was resolved quickly.

Family of 7 (3 Night Stay)

The inside of the property was very clean, had everything we needed to cook dinner. The owner/manager always responded very quickly to my questions. The only thing we didn't like about the property was the location it was in kind of a sketchy neighborhood. It was close to stores and the beach though.

Need little bit of maintenance

It's a good place to stay but, they have broken equipments/furniture, the grill was rusty (keep that in mind) and I found food trash between the queen bunk and the wall. Other than that, everything else looked clean, smells good, kitchen was full equipped, towels and linen smelling clean and organized place. Great host communication and very easy check in/out process. Had good experience staying here, safe and quiet neighborhood and no parking problems.

Ok stay

Overall stay was ok.. I didn’t like the area much and I didn’t know stairs were inside the apartment. Got locked out for 3 hours because something went wrong with the key switched… Host came and kept apologizing which was fine but someone needs to be closer in case things like this happen.. The apartment fit all our needs. Nice for what we needed just a mishap and the area is what I didn’t like.

Family Vacation

Hi! We were thankful for an affordable place to stay near the beach. The traffic to okaloosa island was a bit frustrating. There were a few inconveniences at the house including a missing bathroom door and tight parking. Overall the place was clean, convenient to shops and bug free. We had a great time!

This place is nothing like the pictures. Do not be fooled by the pictures. This place was dirty, had broken furniture, and was not in a great location.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Enjoyed our trip. Parking was a bit challenging but townhome was clean, well stocked, and comfortable.

Great Stay!

If you have a family, then this is a great choice . Affordable and clean. My family enjoyed the space. The kitchen is also very well equipped for cooking!

Fort Walton Trip

We loved our stay at this property! Very clean and great check in process. Property owner was very easy to get in touch with and was very friendly. Only down sides were that there was minimal parking and was not in the best neighborhood. But nonetheless, still a great property and time for my friends and I.

The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. There are several restaurants, shopping stores, and activities very close by. The beach is also our best friend only being 10 minutes away.

Our property is unique with the boho and abstract theme that allows a earthy but relaxing feel. We take pride in the comfort level in our homes. With each bedroom having its own private bathroom and the master having a additional private balcony, a privacy fenced backyard/patio, it allows for a home away from home. With a relaxing fire pit in the backyard and several amenities throughout the home is makes us stand out from the rest.
