The house was great! Very clean and easy check in and out. Loved that there was beach accessories to use, it made our trips to the beach so nice. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. I absolutely loved the decor and all the thoughtful touches throughout the home.We did have a small issue with the A/C not cooling properly, but it was addressed very quickly, which we really appreciated. The entire check-in and checkout process was smooth and easy.A special thank you to Josh for being so helpful, responsive, and making the whole process so simple. I would definitely recommend this rental and would happily stay here again!

This house was perfect for our family of 2 adults, 2 toddlers, and our german shepherd! Everything was clean and comfortable, we had zero complaints the whole trip. The location was great too, away from the craziness and traffic but close enough to very easily and quickly get to everything. Would stay here again!

Everything we needed. Played tons of ping pong during cold day. Had beach chairs for beach days. Perfect house for dog with the fenced in yard.

My family and I had a wonderful time overall. The only downside was that the beds were very uncomfortable. Both mattresses had significant dips in the center, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, I experienced severe neck and back pain afterward. Replacing the mattresses would make a big difference and greatly improve the overall guest experience. Thank you!

February Getaway

We loved our stay at Memorial House! The home was clean, cozy, had great decor and everything we needed, including a sunny fenced yard for our pups and us to hang out. The location is great whether you are looking for beach time or golf. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Super Clean & Comfortable

We have many years of rental experience in lots states. This is one of the best. Very professionally done: super clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and comfortable furniture. Fenced backyard was great, had fun with retro video games and the location was close to everything.

Property was nice but I payed a cleaning fee a damage protection fee and still was trying to be charged after checkout a additional 50 because there were crumbs on the floor and the towels were not started washing. Yes I did receive check out instructions but all the links the host sent me through my VRBO app will not open I rent places all year round and have never had a complaint about how the house was kept will not be renting again!

Nice house. Very clean. Decorated very cute. Had everything we needed. Centrally located. We spend a day in Fort Walton, a day on in Pensacola, a day in Panama City Beach. We play lots of rounds of Goofy golf. Did not make it in the snakes mouth so we will be back. The times we were at the house I played a lot of pac-man and my wife kept beating me at ping pong. We brought two dogs and they loved the backyard. I’m looking forward to our next stay. Josh was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly.

My family of 4 and 2 cats had an amazingly comfortable stay here. The location was convenient and it was very quiet.
