🏠 Private & Well-Insulated Duplex: This unit shares walls and a ceiling with another unit, but it’s designed for privacy and comfort. ✨

🔊 Potential Noise: As part of a duplex, you may hear some noise from neighboring guests. Please be mindful and keep noise levels low from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay.

🐾 Dog Policy
We welcome up to 2 dogs per stay (SMALL breeds only). Please make sure to declare the total number of dogs you’ll be bringing when booking.
Small dogs: $60 each
It’s important that all dogs are declared in advance to ensure a smooth check-in and proper accommodations. Undeclared pets may result in additional fees or cancellation.
