Lucille’s Place: A Boutique Country Stay
Welcome to Lucille’s Place
Escape the hustle and bustle and settle into country life at Lucille’s Place, a charming farmhouse tucked away just outside of Brenham, Texas. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside while still being minutes from town and a short drive to Round Top and Warrenton—making it a wonderful home base for the Spring and Fall Antique Shows.
With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room to relax and unwind. Start your morning with complimentary coffee and blueberry muffins, spend the afternoon taking in the country views, and end the day enjoying the outdoor kitchen, fire pit, or hammock.
In the spring, the property comes alive with Texas bluebonnets, and no stay is complete without saying hello to our resident longhorns, Jolene & Bluebell.
Come slow down, stay awhile, and enjoy a little piece of Texas country life.
We can’t wait to welcome you to Lucille’s Place!

What a gem! My family and I have stayed in Brenham several times and we have found a permanent place to rent, The house is absolutely gorgeous and homey and warm and fuzzy - It's perfect. And the porch sittin is just as amazing! Tucked back in beautiful trees and Longhorns but minutes from downtown. It's the whole package! Thank you Brooke for everything - We will see you soon!

We had the most memorable stay at this property while in Brenham to move our son into college. This multiple acre ranch setting is stunning — Texas Longhorns grazing in the field, cows and calves wandering about, and birdlife everywhere made every morning feel peaceful and special. The sunrises and sunsets here were absolutely breathtaking, and watching the moon rise in the evening was a magical touch we won’t forget. Inside, the home was spotless and beautifully decorated in a warm Texan ranch style that made us feel instantly at home. We spent our evenings gathered by the fire, playing croquet, darts and just soaking in all that natural beauty around us.The host was top-notch — super responsive anytime we needed anything, which made the whole stay feel effortless. This visit coincided with a big milestone for our family — sending our son off to college — and this property made it feel even more special. We will definitely be back, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking to make beautiful memories here in Texas!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
This neighborhood chose me! Our family purchased this farm in 1976, and it has been part of our family ever since. Lucille’s Place is more than just a place to stay—it’s a piece of our family history, and I love being able to share a little bit of it with our guests. 🤎

Lucille’s Place is special because of the peace and quiet of the countryside without sacrificing convenience. You can slow down, enjoy the country views, and feel tucked away from it all while still being just minutes from downtown Brenham and an easy drive to Round Top and Warrenton. 🤎
