This spacious and accessible home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it the perfect choice for families, friends, or couples looking to get away. Situated directly on the beach, guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the ocean from the large windows and expansive deck. The private hot tub that cascades into a shared, oversized, solar-heated, screened pool is the ideal place to unwind.
This single level condo boasts stylish coastal-chic decor and is fully equipped with its own kitchen, laundry area, living room, dining room, four bedrooms with en suite baths and an additional half bath. Both an elevator and staircase provide convenient access to this first floor unit located directly above the covered parking area.
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area of SeaScape features breathtaking views of the Gulf through three large sliding glass doors. The dining area includes a granite breakfast bar and a solid-wood dining table that seats up to 10. Guests can sink into plush leather furniture and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or step outside onto the expansive deck to enjoy dinner al fresco. The deck features a gas grill, dining table, plenty of seating, and an inviting porch swing.
The two primary king bedrooms, located just off the living area, offer stunning Gulf views. The bunk room and an additional guest bedroom with a king-sized bed provide more sleeping options.

A boardwalk leads directly to the pristine white sand beaches of Cape San Blas and sparkling waves. After soaking up the sun on the beach, guests can relax in the shared hot tub that cascades into the oversized swimming pool. The pool house features a half bath and covered lanai, complete with a picnic table and ceiling fans.
You will have access to the entire first floor unit and dedicated covered parking. The pool, spa, and pool house are reserved for the exclusive use of guests staying at SunScape & SeaScape. These amenities, along with the elevator and exterior staircase, are shared with guests staying in the other condo.
We live out of town, but our local team is on call if you have any needs.
SeaScape is located in South Cape San Blas, part of Florida's "Forgotten Coast." This area is known for its unspoiled natural beauty and outdoor activities. With miles of white sand beaches, turquoise waters, and a peaceful pace of life, this is the perfect destination for anyone seeking a tranquil escape.
You can spend your days exploring the nearby state parks, fishing, horseback riding on the beach, or swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf. The Indian Pass Raw Bar and the Indian Pass General Store are within walking distance, and the ferry to St. Vincent Island is just down the road. You can also drive to nearby Port Saint Joe or Apalachicola for more restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs or cats are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $100 per pet.
Renters must be 25 years or older.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
The pool is solar-heated, with water temperature varying based on weather conditions. The spa is equipped with a heat pump that requires an ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher to operate.

Special events, including beachfront weddings, are only permitted when you rent both SunScape & SeaScape together. A four-night minimum rental and an additional non-refundable event fee of $2,000 are required.
