Welcome to our charming vineyard house nestled in the heart of Lodi wine country! This cozy retreat offers breathtaking views of lush vineyard providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.

You will have peace of mind as this your own private home with private gated driveway and parking. The house is features large modern style guest house with 1,500 sq. ft. The spacious living area is tastefully decorated and equipped with modern amenities, and is turn key with all items needed for a comfortable stay. Upstairs unit in duplex. Completely independent with separate entrance and all amenities (nothing shared).

Additionally, our vineyard house is conveniently located close to several hospitals, and is just minutes from HWY 99 and Lodi CA. Lodi is located off HWY 99 and is in the heart of the valley wine region.

Soak in the serene atmosphere while sipping on a complementary glass of locally-produced wine. Take a leisurely stroll through the vineyards or explore the nearby wineries, renowned for their award-winning varietals.

Great place and wonderful location

It is a very quiet and comfortable stay. The owner is very quick to answer and meet all needs necessary for a comfortable stay. Unit was very clean and well stocked for cooking.

Clean and quiet

This location is very quiet and clean. The host is very quick to respond and listens to his guests. I would recommend this location to anyone who likes secluded locations, but not too far from shopping and entertainment.

Long Term Stay

Property is exactly as described. Lots of special little amenities that made us feel welcome. This is an ideal spot for privacy, beautiful scenery and yet close enough to town to enjoy the wine tasting and other treasures that Lodi has to offer. Brett was communicative and respected the need for privacy during a difficult time for our family (the reason behind the long term stay) we had to extend due to issues closing on the new home and they were so understanding! I would highly recommend this property for both short term and long term stays!
