Beautiful view, comfortable clean room

It was right on the beach, balcony was spacious enough for both of us to sit out and watch the ocean, close to many restaurants and activities all in all a great spot

Peaceful getaway

The stay was great with excellent communication with the host. VRBO never sent the check-in instructions, but the host called me and texted me the exact information.

I am sorry that I had to cancel your request but you failed to mention that it was also a last minute reservation which I had to cancel due to the fact it had been booked before you made your reservation but prior to the calendars syncing which was out of my control. I canceled just hours after your booking came thru.

Spring getaway

Exactly as advertised! Ocean front views, directly on the beach! Very clean! Arrived ahead of schedule and was available for early check in! Hostess is very easy to communicate with and shows genuine interest in accommodating your stay to the best of her ability! We will definitely stay here again!!

Horrific it wasn’t worth my drive. I live in New Smyrna Beach had a medical appointment thought it would be nice to just stay a few days. We arrived Monday afternoon and left 2 days early on Wednesday morning for my appointment. We booked until Friday left on Wednesday morning with no refund. Speaks volumes! No water pressure to shower, had to go purchase a fan to stay comfortable the list goes on. The host had an issue excuse for everything.

This guest left after spending 2 nights there with no complaints then started bombarding me with a host of complaints which were not true. I had already called VRBO regarding her prior to her review and told it would not he allowed as she was indirectly asking for money.

Clean place on the beach

This efficiency apartment was perfect for my daughter and I while we were in town for a dance comp at the Hilton right up the street. I was a little concerned when we walked into the building g because the hallways smelled like smoke but the unit was clean and bright and had everything we needed. Jayne was very easy to communicate with. The pool was well kept and beach was so close and easy to get to. It was within walking distance to the Ocean Walk complex where there were some good restaurants. Overall great stay.
