CUTE STUDIO with PRIVATE BALCONY! And SPECTACULAR OCEAN -A1A- HARDROCK -VIEWS!!!

Unwind in Daytona Beach at this recently listed cute top floor corner studio with awesome views of the ocean, neighborhood and A1A. And with the Hard Rock Hotel two buildings down take advantage of the live bands on some weekends or have a drink at the many bars. Apartment is recently listed. Bright, airy and has a private balcony. There is a queen size Murphy stow away bed, when stowed adds even more space for a comfortable stay. Also a sleeper sofa if two need personal separation. Building is from the 1970’s , so as you can imagine it has character but also charm from Floridas past. WiFi, Internet television and a Bluetooth sound dock for entertainment. Building has washing machines and driers to add convenience. Free covered parking included. And most of all the new pool has opened! We hope you enjoy what our place and Daytona Beach has to offer. Please respect our neighbors since some are full time residents. Thanks so much!

Nice location and great view. This is an older property and our unit was not yet updated. Other units in the building had not only done so but were actually lower in price. ( learned that from residents and online search) Having said that, it was very clean, the pool was new and excess to the beach was perfect. Communication with the host was top notch. Definitely worth renting this unit :)

Price reflects sq footage with a separate kitchen and old school Florida charm. And a PRIVATE corner top floor balcony with expanded city and ocean views. Thus sparing you from your neighbors swimsuit show and lunch viewing . 😄 All units aren’t the same size, configuration and are in different locations in the building . Thanks for your stay.

This condo had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen to cook all of our meals. Beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, and a cooler for the beach/pool were very nice to have access to. We had our coffee out in the balcony every morning. Easy access to the beach from the pool area too. Only a mile walk to Ocean Center, shops, and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here while in Daytona.

Amazing time.

My Husband and I stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. Everything was perfect and would highly recommend. Can't wait to visit again.

This property was exactly as listed. There are two sleeping options. A murphy bed and a pull out sofa. They're both comfortable! The kitchen and living room have an amazing ocean view from the 7th floor, corner balcony. Andy was helpful from booking through checkout! Publix is very close. We stocked some groceries in the cute, cozy kitchen. Had our morning coffee overlooking Daytona Beach. The pool is brand new. For one or two people, the stay was perfect.

I love the Studio! It was clean and spacious. Spectacular Ocean View!!! Everywhere I wanted to go was walkable. The Communication with host was great! I hope this Cute Studio becomes available when I go back to Daytona! Thank you very much!

Unfortunately, the security guard will keep us from staying at this property again. A rather scary encounter that left us feeling uneasy and looking over our shoulder the rest of our stay, having a very belligerent, irrational, confrontational, and antagonizing type of personality toward us… concerns of damage to our vehicle or possibly calling in a gang… you just never know what someone could be capable of that was acting the way she was. She was dressed in full security guard uniform, so my husband asked to see her identification because she obviously was not behaving at all like a security guard. Was she just posing as one? She refused to show ID… My husband asked her name and she refused to give that. That was very telling… She knew she was up to no good otherwise it shouldn’t be a problem. Why didn’t we contact the host? Normally I would have, but he made it a point to let us know that the security guard as a friend of his. I figured that would do no good. Although the room was OK, he wasn’t the friendliest to communicate with. So I just left it alone and we just endured the rest of the trip. It’s too bad because… Not going back has nothing to do with the room itself. But I would never want to stay on that property again because I just don’t feel it’s safe. Thank you to the host for the clean room and accommodations. I wish you well. Pros: room was clean, the view is beautiful, met some friendly folks.

First in hearing this. The condo association is very pro active and I wouldn’t think would support this at all. I will follow up on the incident. You failed to mention why she approached you? Have never had any issues in the past. Sorry for the incounter and I can always be approached has my other reviews show.
