Cute Studio!

Cute studio apartment big enough for two people and maybe a child. Just be sure that you could comfortable with spiral stairs. Great location in a trendy neighborhood.

Great short visit

We were only in Philly for one night to attend the Rolling Stones concert. This was a perfect place to meet our needs! Very convenient to the city center and the bus stop right on the corner worked out well to get us to and from Lincoln Financial Field. The tight spiral staircase to the downstairs kitchen area and the small shower would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, but posed no problem for us. Would definitely stay again.

The best thing about this property is its location. Good restaurants & coffee shops nearby, close to public transportation, great dive bar 2 blocks away, book store next door, and quiet neighborhood. Where the owner can improve: make very clear which of the 2 entry doors is best to use when you are lugging a suitcase; warn that the split-level apartment is not suitable for a couple traveling with a toddler, due to gap in rail at top of circular staircase; and size of bedroom level is only good for a couple or single traveler. I would stay here again.

Nice Place

We liked the place a lot. Things to know; if you are a larger person the stairs to the kitchen and the shower may be hard to use. We were fine but my husband and I are both 5 foot 6 and 150 pounds. This is street front so a little noisy but did not bother us. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Not easy to pal if you plan to drive into the city. Normal for major cities. We would definitely stay again.

Lacrosse weekend

Everything for tje most part was good. The property was very cenyral which was awesome. The spiral staircase was a challenge. The downstairs had alot of flies. Which was weird. Could not figure where they were coming from. So we spent 90% of our time upstairs. Other than that everything was good.
