Communications disconnect caused some issues with the amenities at the house but the Avantstay team folks worked with us resolve them at no fault of the property owners. Great property and area.

My family and I had a wonderful little getaway beautiful property. Great little Lake community. All the kids enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks would definitely stay again.

We had everything we needed and the lake was amazing! The oven sis not work and repair came within a day to correct the issue.

This is our second time staying at this property, we love it, it is so relaxing. The lake is a dream, the home has everything we needed. The check in and check out process was easy as pie. We brought our pup & there was plenty of yard for her to explore.

This home is spacious, well-maintained and set on a picturesque lake! We had so much fun in the hot tub, kayaks, SUPs and around the fire. The home is very close to stores, restaurants, hikes and waterparks. My family had a wonderful week!!

Good stay. House is nicely renovated and location is great. House is on septic and well, but the layout was good and host was great to work with.

The lake was super fun to take the kayaks and paddleboards out on and we had fun seeing the local birds and deer on the lake. Host was very responsive and helpful. The water in the house was a little funny (probably due to well water) so we just made sure to use a brita if we were drinking

Great property for a long weekend at the lake to unwind. Lots of water wildlife including the swans, bald eagles we saw, frogs at night, red wing blackbirds, ospreys, ducks and geese with their babies.

Lake views was very nice and unobstructed. It was a perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband. Hot tub, fireplace etc was working fine and top notch. Definitely recommend if you just want to do a staycation and still feel close to nature without going out. You can view sunrise from the porch. Parking was plenty and easy

This was a fail from the beginning. Reached out multiple times to extend our stay/ request an early check in etc. and not ONE time did anyone tell us the house was not intended to be rented and should have been taken off the market due to construction. Our code allowed us in at time of check in, Only to find this house in complete disgust and disarray. I wasted my time and gas money only to be told we could not stay here. Wasted trip with no communication which was 100% avoidable. Extremely disappointed!

The host was amazing with communication from check in to check out and very responsive. The hot tub was a great addition and we enjoyed it daily. The house was perfect plenty of space, all of the essentials, beds were comfortable and the views of the lake were perfect. Exactly as listed! Woke up to picture perfect sunrise and watched the deer play. A blessing to be able to bring our dog with us to enjoy the getaway. We visited Bushkill falls and Barley Oak Brewery both a quick drive. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

The view was beautiful. We stayed 2 weeks. Safety issues affected our stay. * Clean, except for a bra that had been left on the dining table. * The ceiling light, outlets in bedroom and in kitchen stopped working. * We found an outlet downstairs that had burnt. We tested the smoke alarms. One was missing at top of stairwell. One did not work. * The water has high sulfur content which should have been declared. Strong smell of rotten egg. We bought gallons of spring water to drink and cook with. * The hot tub was not serviced before our stay. Felt unsanitary to use. Zero chlorine. Panel warning light: water change 120 days overdue. No test strips. We brought our own. * The downstairs shower drain blocked up. * We had to call twice before maintenance arrived. * Problems were addressed and corrected as best as could be done. * Avant stay refunded 300 to us for our troubles. They were polite and apologetic.

Lake Daze was a perfect fit for our family over a short winter break from NYC. We loved the kitchen and the cozy fireplace and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the frozen lake and snowy, quiet, private yard. Being able to bring our dog, Ozzy, was particularly special and made the trip easy and even more memorable. The house is very well stocked with bathroom needs, cleaning supplies and extra towels. We hope to get back in the summer months to be able to enjoy the kayaks and fire pit!

The location was fantastic and the lake view was beautiful. However, the property was not as pictured inside the house. Things were dated, lights didn’t work, shower handle was broken, the dish washer leaked, fridge light was out…nothing major. But the biggest disappointment was the bathroom water. It had a very strong sulfur smell. For the price, you’d expect the water to be okay.

Amazing scenery. Plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms were a little cold at night. The host failed to mention the thermostat drops automatically at 1am to 60 degrees. We had to keep the bedroom doors opened to get a little warmth. Plenty of firewood for the firepit. Unfortunately overnight rain soaked the pile of uncovered firewood. A small tarp over the pile would've sufficed. Overall it was a great place.

Relaxing vacation at the lake

The setup was perfect and extremely comfortable for the entire family. My family and I had a great time enjoying the kayaks and paddle boards during our stay. We are already planning to book this house again in the near future.

Kalahari Dance Competition

This rental was perfect for our family. Less than 5 minutes to Kalahari resort. Property was clean and just as advertised. Gorgeous spot and I highly recommend anyone looking at this property to book it, you’ll not be disappointed!
