This apartment is the entire 2nd floor and is not shared. (No full kitchen /only kitchenette-see pictures )
Comfortable 2 bedroom space and separate Tv room. Kitchenette has microwave, toaster/air fryer, refrigerator/freezer & induction cooktop. Stackable indoor washer/dryer - One parking spot is for you behind the home and additional parking for guests is available as street parking . This central downtown location is convenient to all highways that take you directly to the amusement parks (Disney, Universal), beaches or outlet malls and you are a block away from great restaurants in Thornton Park. A few blocks more and you are at the famed Lake Eola with its swan boat rides and real swans, surrounded by a park, playground, bandshell and more restaurants and bars. Public scooters and bicycles are available in several locations in the area

We had a brief stay at this property and it was exactly what we were looking for! Location was so cute and the beds were super comfy! Communication with host was great! Def recommend!

Great little upstairs place in an amazing neighborhood. Very clean with easy check in and checkout. If you’re looking for someplace near downtown Orlando, I would highly recommend this listing. We didn’t require a lot of communication with the host, but when we did, the responses were quick and clear. Five stars.

Everything went great. The house is great for up to 3 people but may be a little small for larger groups. Parking was safe and easy. Plus, you are within a 30 minute walk to a great park at lake Eola or tons of Orlando nightlife.

Overall it was a good stay, we did see a few little bugs in the shower but other than that the stay was good. The rooms were tidy and the space was clean.

It was easy to communicate with our host. The upstairs suite was large and airy and beautifully decorated with Victorian- style antiques.We will certainly stay there again.

Near all great spots to eat not far from main attractions, house is a bit older but comfortable and quite Neighborhood. No kitchen so wouldn’t recommend for family with kids unless u plan on eating out every night. The Host is vary nice and communication was easy and simple house was clean and no issues during stay. The price was great especially during spring break going on and everyone was in Orlando.

Overnight stay needed for holiday night. The home is conveniently located to downtown Orlando, as well as easy access to 408. Lovely home, comfortable rooms and great communication from host.

Nice stay and location

Great location with easy walking to restaurants and beautiful lake. No fenced in yard for our pups, but very comfortable. Had everything we needed.

What a great place to stay in the Thornton Park area of Orlando! Yes, we walked to Lake Eola for dinner after attending a concert at Dr. Phillips Center and taking a quick drive to this apartment. We received the information we needed to access the place and had no trouble entering. The parking in the driveway was perfect and just a few steps from the front door. The photos don't do justice to the size and accommodations. We enjoyed some down time with a very large TV and in the morning made breakfast in the kitchenette. The bathroom is exceptional and only a few steps from anywhere in the house. We are just finding our way around in Orlando and this was a beautiful older neighborhood. Access to highways leaving the area or to other downtown venues is very easy. We attend events in Orlando and, now that we have found Vivian's place, we hope to be able to stay here again.

I realize the homes are older in the area but the apartment could have done with a fresh coat of paint, wall art and newer furniture. It could have been cleaner. A bit more attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. Also, the twin bed mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. It was in walking distance to everything so that was a great plus

The home was decorated and welcoming. We especially loved the movie posters in the living area. Location to Eola park was great and walking distance. UCF is not far and easy access to 408 close. We loved the historic feel of the area and home. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great location

Other than a misunderstanding with the parking situation, we had a great stay at this rental. It is walking distance to Lake Eola and many restaurants and cafes. Despite being in the heart of downtown, the neighborhood is nice and quiet.
