What an amazing place in a beautiful location. We had the perfect stay here with beautiful sunsets, monkeys and so many birds! We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing views!

We loved our stay. The monkeys in the nearby trees, birds flying overhead and the amazing panoramic view were highlights.

Fantastic place to stay in samara

Absolutely love the place! Quiet and relaxing with an excellent view. Beautiful beaches and great restaurants nearby The host was very informative and so easy to work with and welcoming. Daniel and his family who take care of the area are the absolute best !

Beautiful and peaceful stay!

The house and view were stunning! Lovely to swim in the pool and see the ocean. Everything was very well taken care of and the support from Daniel, the property manager, was excellent. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Property with AMAZING Views!!

The property was so beautiful and our family had the best stay. The house had everything we needed and more. The views were spectacular. The property manager was very nice and made sure we had everything we need! We would love to stay here again.

Fabulous view and stay

Impeccably clean and lovely. Plenty of room for family to spread out. Close to beach and village. Daniel, his family and crew are amazing a nd always available to assist, yet allow you privacy. Great time had by all!

Mary-Ellen was a pleasure to communicate with, and the property was amazing! Everything about our stay here was fantastic. It's located up a hill, which provides great views of the Ocean, but the fact that the road leading to it is paved, makes it all more special, especially in CR. I would recommend this house to anyone. Thanks again mary-Ellen!!

Amazing!

A beautiful property and convenient location. House worked perfectly for our group and we all loved everything it had to offer. Mary-Ellen was very responsive, helpful and provided a lot of details regarding the area. Would love to visit this house/location again!

Beautiful property

I absolutely loved my stay! We enjoyed fresh mangos that had fallen off of our trees. We sat on the deck and watched howler monkeys. The view was stunning. The host is delightful. I can’t wait to go back!!

Wonderful Villa

Our family truly enjoyed our Thanksgiving trip to Samara! This villa is perfect for two families as there is plenty of space, a big kitchen and the outdoor patio and pool are awesome! We ate most meals outside enjoying the view and beauty! The view is amazing, the gated community allows for privacy and it’s a short drive into Samara. We loved Playa Carrillo, a short 5-10 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is amazing, private but close to the beach and town. The community is gated so we felt very safe. The view from the back is stunning. The house worked perfectly for our party of 8. It was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Mary-Ellen couldn't have been better to communicate with, answering all of my questions promptly and with so much care for us to have our perfect stay. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Wow!!

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The home worked perfectly for our family. The ocean views are stunning. The location is very close to the Samera, a town that we LOVED. Our host, Mary-Ellen, was super responsive to all our questions. Her recommendations were invaluable to us. I have rented many vacations homes in the past, and I can honestly say Mary-Ellen is the best host I have had the privilege of working with.

Beautiful views of ocean, scarlet macaws & monkeys

My husband amd I just spent a week. Have been to Samara many times. This villa was perfect for us. Absolute privacy by the pool, amazing view of ocean, watched scarlet macaws and monkeys in the trees. Wifi signal is very fast and stable. We streamed our hockey games in HD with no issues. This would also be a great choice for families travelling with teens or young adults. Lower level separation of bedrooms would give them privacy and space while parents stay in the large main floor master. We will definitely be back soon.

Our stay at the Villa

Our stay at the villa in Samara Beach, Costa Rica, was amazing! The place was like a dream— surrounded by lush greenery and with breathtaking ocean views. Maryellen, who took care of us, was incredible. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips on where to eat and what to do in the area. The villa itself was perfect. We woke up to stunning sunrises every morning from our own terrace, and the beach was just a short walk away. The rooms were super comfy and had everything we could ask for. Whether we were chilling by the pool or exploring the nearby spots, every moment was relaxing and memorable. Our time there was truly special, thanks to Maryellen's hospitality and the beauty of the villa and its surroundings. - Rob neblung

Fantastic Trip

Where to begin? This place was absolutely fantastic! We booked a last minute Spring Break Trip, and I was really nervous to figure out transportation, activities, etc. with so little time. I feel so fortunate to have found this place! The host sent pages of helpful information that saved me so much time. She included best places to eat and shop, as well as some fun activities to consider with info for a local booking specialist. There was great advice about transport to and from that airport that made arrival and departure a breeze. I truly can't thank her enough. The house is wonderful and the view is absolutely stunning. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms and bathrooms are great. The property has a caretaker and cleaner so everything was always immaculate. The kids are already asking when we can come back! Truly an amazing vacation and we couldn't be happier with the rental!

Incredible house/view and wonderful experience.

Can’t say enough good things about the house and the overall experience. We have done a lot of traveling over the years and have never given a 5 star rating. This trip was so incredible I would give it six stars if I could. First, the house is beautiful and very well maintained. Pictures don’t do it or the view justice. The whole family was struck by the overall beauty each day. Communication from the owner was top notch. They took all the worry out of planning and made everything from check-in, picking activities, and check-out as easy as could be. They provided all the information you need to know such as activities in the area, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Definitely recommend using the Samara Info Center to plan activities. House is in a gated community and all the support staff is incredibly kind and helpful. We could have spent the entire time sitting by the nice sized pool and enjoying the breathtaking view. Whole family absolutely loved the location and the house and will remember it as one of the best vacations ever. Can’t wait to go back!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home, and the ocean view is truly what sets it apart. The large outdoor terrace and beautiful pool are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Every bedroom has a gorgeous ocean view, so you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings from almost anywhere in the house.The house was comfortable, spacious, and very well equipped. It’s also conveniently located close to the beach, with easy parking, and just a short distance from shops and other amenities.We had another wonderful stay and would happily come back again!

Great experience...

Location is perfect. Layout of home is ideal for families...and well stocked. Very close to the beach but feels isolated...monkeys, lizards and mangos. Lots of tips in their detailed guide of the town....much appreciated. Will be back!

Excellent house

This was the perfect house for two families with tweens and teens. The two master bedrooms were both great; location was perfect as it was high enough to get a great view but only 2km walk to town; safe and quiet other than monkeys, which were fun; plenty of living space; great pool; Samara is the perfect beach town. We got tons of insights from the owners and had top tier help from the Info Centre throughout. We will be back!

Pacific Paradise

We had a wonderful 6 weeks stay at this very lovely home. Waking up to the incredibly beautiful views of the Pacific was a dream come true. We were warmly welcomed by Isabel & Ken, who were attuned to facilitating anything we might need. Caretaker, Daniel was always available and responsive. Internet was always robust and we were able to work seamlessly from home. Plenty of room here for our two family members who came for a visit during our stay. The pool is fabulous as is the landscaping. Samara is full of wonderful beaches and delicious restaurants. Fabulous experience!
