This charming property offers a quiet comfortable stay for guests. Bedroom features a full bed ensuring a restful night's sleep. Bath has a refreshing shower, hair dryer, plush towels and assorted soaps and shampoos. Wrap yourself in a comfy terry bathrobe afterwards. With amenities like WiFi, washer and dryer, AC and heat, 54 inch smart TV, and equipped kitchen you'll have everything you need for a fantastic stay. The neighborhood is very quiet yet close to quaint shops and restaurants within walking distance to Old Milford, bike trails, and canoe or kayak rentals to enjoy on the historic Little Miami River a block away. Also just 30 minutes away from a Reds game at The Great American Ballpark, located on the banks of the Ohio River in downtown Cincinnati. The Cincinnati Bengals play at the Paycor Stadium. We offer off street parking for 2 cars and outside seating areas with a charcoal grill. Enjoy everything Milford and our renovated garage has to offer for a lovely time. (My brothers were car mechanics in the hot rod era so I used one of their old signs for my vacation rental sign :)

Paulette’s place is really unique and special! It’s in a quiet neighborhood. She has added many thoughtful touches. It’s very clean and cozy. We loved having access to the scenic Little Miami bike trail nearby and we were able to store our bikes on her property safely.

Great stay

Paulette has a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and had nice extras like snacks and toiletries. She was so helpful and a great host.

Cute, clean, and convenient

Paulette's place was perfect for our visit to Milford to see family. Easy 15 minute walk along the river to downtown shops and restaurants. Paulette was friendly and helpful.Paulette was friendly and helpful.

Great place close to the bike trail

Weekend Getaway

Perfect little spot for a weekend getaway! Very clean, cozy and cute with an amazing outdoor area. Walking distance from the historic old Milford with lots of shops and delicious restaurants.

My friend and I loved staying at this property. It was clear, comfortable, and cute! Paulette was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. There was only one minor issue. Future guests should be aware that the bathroom does not have a door. A curtain separates the bathroom from the bedroom. The bathroom was beautiful and generously sized, but it was a bit awkward to take care of business without a door. I just wish I had known before booking the stay. I still probably would have booked the stay, but it felt like that was a detail that was strategically hidden and I didn't love that. Otherwise, everything was top notch and amazing. I'd stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Very clean, cozy and quiet location. Extremely impressed on how a garage space has been turned into a very comfortable living space. On top of Paulette being a sweetheart, you are ensured to have a very great and relaxing time during your stay here

Great space and location

We were impressed with the way Paulette transformed her garage space into the perfect rental space. It had all the comforts of home and was close to downtown Milford and a short drive from Cincinnati. Paulette was easy to communicate with and reached out more than once to make sure we had everything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to return for a stay next time we are in the area.

Wonderful place

We went to Milford for some bike riding and good restaurants.. which we found plenty of them.Your place felt like home and it was so nice to be able to ride our bikes to the Little Miami River Trail from there.Thank you Paulette for all your help and your assistance with everything! Your place was sodelightful and we are looking forward to returning !It was so nice meeting you and having such an excellent host. Thank you again for all the wonderful touches, water, coffee , and snacks. We had everything we needed !!!

Riding Little Miami Scenic Trail

Paulette was an amazing host. Super friendly and helpful. The place was spotless, comfortable and close to town. Passing through area while riding The Little Miami Scenic Trail. Dinner at The Governor…amazing Farm to Table restaurant. Also featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Will stay here again when we are back in the area.

Remodeled garage

Paulette’s rental was everything it was advertised as and more. Very clean and nice little touches in all spaces. Perfect for my wife and me. She came out when we arrived and it was nice to meet her and visit with her. We will definitely stay at her “garage “ again if we are in the area.

Garage Reno

This is a lovely property. The owner has done a wonderful job renovating the unit. She was very thoughtful in providing many amenities. We wanted for nothing. She was in contact with us throughout our stay and couldn’t have been more pleasant. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Home Away from Homw

I opened the door and knew this was a special place. It is cute, cozy and very comfortable. The extra touches make it extra welcoming! I lived in Milford over 30 yrs. and I come back regulary to see my kids and friends. I will surely return. Paulette is a friendly, welcoming hostess that provides great communication and a peaceful get away.

Perfect Property in a Picturebook Place!

Paulette was an amazing host with an adorable location with all the amenities! She put a lot of thought into the apartment and insured maximum comfort for relaxing at the end of a day of sightseeing and shopping. The town of Milford is right out of a storybook and offers cute shops and restaurants for walking about in the area and the apartment sits in the middle of convenient grocery stores and attractions. Paulette herself is absolutely lovely and is happy to share great conversation on your porch or hers! We will definitely look forward to our visits in the future. Thanks again, Paulette!

Kings island

In a single father with custody of my daughter. I work 50 plus hours a week and wanted to do something with just me and her. Drove 3 hours to kings island and spent the day, it was awesome and I’m 36. Knew I wouldn’t want to drive after so we got this place. It was perfect. Bed at 12 after showers, I slept in the bed, she spot on the couch just like she does at home. We got up at 7 and drank coffee. Left and went shopping at Liberty mall, then headed home. Very nice lady, Great trip!!!

Paulette was the sweetest host! The garage is so cozy! The location was great for walking uptown. We enjoyed a day of kayaking on the Little Miami River. We picked breakfast and lunch at Harvest Market. And ended the day at Little Miami Brewing. Highly recommend all of the above! We will be back!
