Beautiful quiet townhouse.

This townhome was great! Clean, spacious & in a nice quiet neighborhood. Jon the host is really responsive as well! We had a great time!enjoyed

Fantastic! Clean and spacious. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The property was beautifully clean with all the amenities we needed. But there were additional features and helpful touches that made us feel comfortable and welcome as well. I would highly recommend this property with all its features. The pool was great and the surroundings were gorgeous too.

The property was just as marketed. Very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend it. Our host was fantastic and their communication was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Mini vacation

Overall, it was a clean unit, centrally located to restaurants on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. Communication was very good with leasing agent. No complaints

As advertised

The property is accurate to the pictures on the site and the manager Jon is on top of his communication with us. The place is close to 95, the turnpike and short drive to the beach. We would rent this again should we return to the area.

Place was nice but we were charged a cleaning fee for every stain and mark that was already there during our stay. We left the place spotless when we left but were charged extra fees after we left even though there is a cleaning fee anyway. We were charged for marks on knives, stains that look like they have been there for years, this property have been rented many times and thus is a clear tactic to charge each stater every time. I will not be staying here again, so beware - you will be charged for marks and stains and everything that was already there before you arrived. We have been treated like we were Rick stars who trashed the place, yet we left it spotless and clean. We were ever charged for pickleballs that apparently went missing, even though we never even used them. DO NOT STAY HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT LOTS IF PHANTOM CHARGES!!!!

The property location was perfect for our family, we felt safe. We had all the necessary amenities. There is clearly alot of thought that goes into what the guest needs. Communication with the host was swift and useful. On entrance, the property was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and all appliances were working. We stayed as a family of 5, including a 1 year old and he had enough space to crawl around. The fact that the floors and furniture were very clean also made the stay easier. The neighbours were also kind and helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this property.
