Fabulous location! This 2-bedroom beach hideaway is a short three block walk to the fabulous entertainment center of Atlantic Avenue - From the Taste of Delray event to Old School Square and Crest Theater, you will find plenty of activities and world-class dining and shopping. Try the local golf cart service from downtown and you can easily be on your way back home! Also less than a mile from the wide open white sandy beach, SeaBreeze is the perfect hub to enjoy your holiday!

Welcoming and completely updated, this unit features a cozy living room area with a plush sofa and a Smart TV to unwind at night.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove/ oven, double-door refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials to prepare delicious home-made meals.
There is a dining table with seats for four.

Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, lush linens, and ceiling fans for comfort.

There are two full bathrooms in this unit, both with stand-up showers.

For a fun and relaxing stay in Delray, SeaBreeze is the way to go!

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is outfitted with a full stove/oven and all the cookware you need to make a delicious meal at home. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, a toaster, and a blender. Basic spices like sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil are also provided for your cooking needs.

PARKING: Onsite parking off the rear alleyway for one car.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM

Nice little duplex

Overall, great experience with the place, but there could’ve been a few other things that could’ve been taken up to make it better. As a fellow Vrbo Owner some small things go along way. There was dried blood on one of the bedsheets and the sheets in general were uncomfortable. No shampoo or conditioner in showers. Water filter on fridge needed to be changed and made a lot of noise. Also was not warmed of the heavy construction Next Door that was going on our entire stay. Overall, a nice place, but working on a few of these things would’ve made it a five star for sure.

Wonderful Cozy Comfy Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this Delray vacation property. We loved the location in a beautiful neighbourhood where we can quickly walk to the Atlantic Shops, restaurants & beaches. The space was super comfortable with great beds and renovated bathrooms. It was a cute home away from home. We loved the clean and relaxing pool area which was a real bonus. The property is managed very well and the listing completely represents the listing. We would definitely return as we loved the area. Thanks for a great experience.

Horrible service and unwillingness

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had an accident and surgery and couldn’t travel and had to cancel and this company was totally unwilling nor empathetic towards the unforeseen circumstance. I would never recomen them or the company.

We couldn’t say enough about the pool and meeting the neighbors it is a wonderful bonus. A short walk to everything the town has to offer. No need for your car if you don’t have one. And I can’t say enough about the management, any issue that comes up is resolved immediately. Will definitely rent again.

Property was exactly as described. Up-to-date, equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay, extremely clean. The pool was beautiful and clean. It was also a great location and a quiet spot to unwind and relax. Already looking forward to going back!

Fear for what we needed

I do feel like the listing ga was confusing that 4 other duplexes share the one small pool. The unit was cute abs clean. I was surprised with the list of cleaning that was required when we were paying a cleaning fee. Overall it was good.

Super private clean home in the best area

Well maintained, thought through, super clean in the nicest possible location in Delray. Property manager and owner are highly responsive, Accommodating on any requests yet not overbearing. Home and outdoor spaces are very private. Plenty of parking available. The home, areas outside and the pool are well-maintained and clean. Overall very comfortable stay with zero issues.

Quiet, comfy and convenient!

We really enjoyed staying at SeaBreeze! The home is very nice with two bedrooms, two full baths. A nice kitchen and living room. The pool is great for a refreshing dip too! The location is minutes from everything you want to do, so we’ll be back.

Restful Retreat

Charming cottage that was in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping nearby. Enjoyed the pool and well maintained unit. We plan to visit again.

Great spot in Delry!

It is a short walk into town where you will find a number of coffee shops, restaurants and nightlife. The house was very enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that you would need. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean, updated and comfortable! The customer service throughout the entire process could not have been better. Kate was fantastic scheduling and Yvonne was extremely helpful and accommodating while staying there. She even stopped by to introduce herself and asked if there was anything additional, we needed. The pool area is shared between two other couples. However, each spot had their own separate patio to provide some privacy. We would highly recommend the seabreeze as it is the perfect spot if you need an updated, modern place to stay.
