Amazing Falmouth Heights House Just Steps Away from Beach

This wonderful house is perfect for summer beach vacations or off-season getaways in spring, fall and winter.

Just 250 steps from Falmouth Heights Beach and 100 steps from Little Pond, this beautiful house is extremely family-friendly: situated in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood and featuring a large back yard.

The house has 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a newly installed kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, a washer/dryer, cable television, wireless internet access, plus air conditioning and central heating throughout. Bed Linens are provided. Bath and beach towels are NOT provided. There is also off-street parking for 4 cars in the driveway.

Location, Location, Location!
Not only is this house a perfect haven of tranquility, it is just a short walk to local restaurants and The Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. The house is also in close proximity to downtown Falmouth, Cape Cod Baseball League games and the Shining Sea Bikeway that connects Falmouth to Woods Hole, via the Vineyard Sound shoreline. Event at Coonamessett Inn? The venue is less than 2 miles away.

Please Note: Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday to avoid the infamous (Saturday) changeover traffic. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN BATH TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS.

The Great Kentucket

This house was exactly as advertised. Communication with the owners was clear and concise. They made themselves completely available if needed. The house fit our family of 8 with ease. Plenty of room inside with great outdoor space, all within the Heights. The 3 full baths were important to the family and the outside shower was immaculate. Easy walking distance to the beach, town park and a decent family restaurant and bar for the adults. Definitely will try and book this property again.

Great place!

We have been coming to Falmouth and renting different houses for many years. Loved the layout of the house, big back yard, and proximity to the beach. We will be back!

August Beach Week

Fantastic location walking distance to the beach and easy drive to great restaurants. The property is immaculate and perfect set up for a family beach vacation. The property owners stay connected throughout the initial rental process and through your stay. We will return again next year and highly recommend the property

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful vacation home! Bob and Bev were so gracious and accommodating and we are so thankful to them for sharing their lovely home with us! The house was beautiful, the location amazing, and the deck on the second floor was a favorite spot with our kids! We can't wait to come back again!

Amazing location!

We spent a wonderful week at this home the first week of August. The property is much bigger than the pictures show and there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and have privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more! The best thing about this home is it is only one block from 2 beaches yet it is on a very quiet street. We could not have been happier with our annual beach trip!

Week at the Beach

Fantastic location just a very short walk to The Heights Beach as well as restaurants and a coffee shop. Bob and Bev were terrific hosts, always available for questions. The house was perfect for an adult family with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths (plus an outdoor shower). Lots of room in the backyard with a large table for outdoor relaxing/dining and a well appointed kitchen with everything you’ll need. We enjoyed the deck on the second floor for morning coffee with shaded views of the water. We’ve stayed at a number of Cape rentals and this was the best experience we’ve had.

Family reunion

Great week, Great location. Easy walk to the beach! Rooms upstairs a little warm with AC on. Better with air off and windows open. Downstairs remained cool when AC on. House very clean and comfortable.

a lovely house in a perfect location

The owners really provide everything you could need and are super responsive. The house is on a quiet block, 2 short blocks away from a beautiful beach. If you like to walk, you can get everywhere you need to go. There are restaurants nearby and we walked into town in 1/2 hour. Sitting on the sundeck in the mornings was the highlight for me. We highly recommend this property for your Falmouth vacation.

Beach Vacation

You couldn't ask for a better place to enjoy the beach and relax. Only 3 minute walk to a choice of two beaches and two restaurants. This house is very clean and is located in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you could possibly need while away.

Charming little beach house!

The house was very cute and extremely close to the beach. Owners were responsive and there was plenty of space for our family. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of parking as well.

Lovely house and location!

Our group of seven quilters enjoyed this lovely house in Falmouth, mass. The beds were so comfortable, and the house was perfect for our group! We sewed, talked, and visited quilt shops on the Cape. Weather was great (second week of May), and we walked to the beach often! This house was ideal for our group and would be a nice family setting!

Beach Vacation

My family and I have rented this home the past couple years and absolutely love it.. The location is great for the beach, the house is very clean, and the owners are great. Recommend this home if your looking for a beach vacation.

Winter winner

While our home 3 miles away was having major reconstruction, we (a couple) rented this cute house from October to mid-February. Yes, had Christmas and a tree. This is a busy summer rental part of town where houses are definitely cheek by jowl, but with so many houses closed up, we never heard anything other than the trash truck. House is small for a family, despite the number of beds, but in the summer that might not be an issue; it has one of the larger backyards in the neighborhood, and also more space for parking than any other house we saw. Easy walking to the beach, which we enjoyed doing even on a cold day. Five minutes drive to a supermarket, pharmacy, Walmart. House is fitted out completely with every utensil you'll ever want, including the always-needed ice cream scoop. Refrigeration and freezer situation is not totally desirable, but using the freezer/fridge in the basement should provide the additional space you'll need. We found the house easy to keep clean. There should be busloads of kids around for your own to play with. For our winter visit was used the word "cozy" frequently. Yes, this certainly is not a mansion, but if you can understand most rentals in the area are about the same size, sign up now.

Beyond expectations!

My husband & I looked long & hard for a place to gather with 3 other couples for a week, celebrating my son's wedding. Everyone felt comfortable, loved the space and the fully stocked kitchen. The pictures truly represented the property. Having the backyard and large patio table & chairs were a definite plus! The proximity to the ocean, ferry, Main Street, etc. made quick getaways very easy. We agree that the owners were extremely responsive & helpful. Our first experience with VBRO was awesome! Thank you!

Charming & Beautiful!

I am very late submitting this review (two years to be exact) but I am finally remembering to do it. My husband and our friends spent a week here during summer 2012 and absolutely loved it. The home is well appointed, within walking distance to the beach as well as nearby restaurants. The rooms are spacious and it has a great backyard. We loved the outdoor shower! The home has such beautiful details and it is updated. The are board games, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer, etc so all of the comforts of home are at your finger tips. The owners are spectacular and so easy to work with. My husband even left his belt at the house and the owners mailed it directly to our home! We had a lovely stay here and will plan to come back. The granite and stainless appliances give it a polished and modern feel while the nautical accents make you feel like you're in Cape Cod. What a beautiful place!

Great house

We enjoyed the house very much , close to a nice beach, clean, comfortable , spacious and with a great kitchen. Falmouth is a nice little town, close to the ferries, with cute little shops ,and good restaurants. I would highly recommend that house for family gatherings.
