What a great time and an awesome home. The owner was readily available to answer all our questions when needed and we enjoyed cruising the river. Would rent this property again for sure.

Barbara was an excellent guest I will always welcome her back! So helpful in taking care of the house and following all the rules. She was there for a month and treated my home like hers very very much appreciated!!!

Wonderful place for a getaway!

A great house for a family reunion. Water toys and sports all provided and lots of lawn to enjoy! The house was roomy and well stocked and the host was responsive and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Family Property

This home was meant for a family vacation! So much to do from badminton and volleyball to river fun. One of the best stocked kitchens we have seen. Plenty of towels and comfortable places to sit and eat. Are only complaint is we should have stayed longer!

Debbie is one of the best guests I've ever had. I could hardly even tell she was in my home, everything was put back exactly like it was, everything was respected and taken care of without utmost care! She and her family will always be welcome back to my home!

Perfect Getaway

We loved our time here! Fishing, swimming, playing badminton and tennis, cooking and eating outdoors. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of room. We hope to come back next summer.

Paradise

Very comfortable well stocked home with all you need. Beautiful setting with activities for all age groups. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and watching the eagles and other wild life. Everyone wants to come back!

Newport rodeo birthday weekend!!

Our stay at the Greggs house was absolutely amazing! The house is great and had everything we needed and more! The outdoor area and dock were perfect and they provide lots of lounge chairs, beach towels, kayaks, paddle boards and every outdoor fun activity you could ever want! Communication was great and they were so attentive to every need! We hope to make this an annual stay and cannot wait for next year! We can’t say thank you enough!!

Large, roomy house. Well equipped kitchen. Huge yard was terrific with lots of yard games included. Host communication was very good.Bring mosquito spray, and disappointed with amount of milfoil in the water. Made the area inside the dock unusable
