Bathed in natural light, this apartment is very bright and sunny, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.
Situated in a family-friendly neighborhood, our property offers proximity to various amenities and attractions. You'll find yourself just steps away from the city center, making it convenient to explore the bustling streets and vibrant culture of Jerusalem. Additionally, Maayan 2000 supermarket is right downstairs, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay.
For those looking to explore further afield, Hadavidka Light Rail Station is conveniently located nearby, providing easy access to other parts of the city. Itshak Navon Jerusalem Train Station is also within reach, offering connections to neighboring areas.
Back at the apartment, you'll find all the comforts of home. The accommodation is equipped with modern conveniences. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment options with the provided TV and satellite channels.

Please note that Israeli citizens and yearly visa holders have to add VAT 18%.
Non-Israeli citizens have to show their B2 paper and passport to be exempt.
This apartment is also Shabbat friendly: it features a Shabbat elevator, a plata for Shabbat, and a Shabbat kettle.
The table under the TV is an extendable dining table that can seat up to 8 people. Additional chairs are available if needed.
There is a private underground parking available for our guests at. The parking has a 1 time registration fee of 35 shekels. Note that in order to enjoy free parking you need to send us your car lisence number at least 2 hours in advance in order for us to be able to register your car. Registraions are Sunday through Thursday from 8:00-16:00. There are no registrations on Fridays and Saturdays (entering the parking on theses days will be at charge).
