Long term rental (6+ months)
The heart of Florida’s Gulf Coast is calling your name to this 4-bed, 2 bath. This vacation rental boasts upscale amenities like a full kitchen and open living room and a prime location, making it easy to explore all that the Wesley Chapel Area has to offer. Take a dip in the pool. Located in a great neighborhood close to parks & only a few mins drive from Epperson Lagoon and 15 mins to Wiregrass Shops. Just over an hour from most beaches- Clearwater/Siesta Key.
The space
Master bedroom is spacious with a king bed with large walk in closet and connects to master bath.
Second bedroom has queen size bed with futon bed.
Third bedroom has queen size bed.
Fourth bedroom has twin bed with large desk for dedicated work space.
Living room has large wall mounted Smart TV- so you can log in with your accounts and high speed internet with plenty of seating and seat recline.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials including oven, electric stove top, coffee maker/Keurig, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator.
Outdoor space has full patio with table seating for 6 and cushion L sectional seating for 5. Patio has a grill and fenced in back yard.
Laundry room has full size washer and dryer.
Guest access
Driveway has space for 3 car parking. Publix grocery store is 2 miles away. Costco is 15 miles. All of the national fast food options like Subway, Chic-Fil-A, Culvers, Sonic Drive In, McDonalds, Hardees, Wendy's...etc are close by. Lots of Dine-in restaurant options, some of our local favorites- Kafe Kokeopelli and The Chowder House. Our favorite local ice cream is Twistee Treats.
Shopping near by includes The Shops at Wiregrass (11miles) and Tampa Premium Outlets (14miles).
