Lee showed up late and I never got a chance to really meet him. However he did leave the place in nice condition and was very quiet.

Was very pleased with our stay! Was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable! It was an overall new experience for us and he helped make that a little less overwhelming! Thank you again for all you did for us! Truly appreciate it!

Desi was great, he let us know we could reach out should we need anything! The house was cute and just what we were looking for (a place to sleep for a couple nights while we visited my brother in the area)! The water pressure was great and the towels were fluffy!

We loved the rental, it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and everything was functional. Also the kitchen was also clean & fully functional. Entry was simple & secure with a keypad entry lock. I spent two nights at the rental to visit my Cousins who live in Port Charlotte. There was a lot of beautiful sites to see in Port Charlotte. We had a night out on Friday at “The Twisted Fork” which is a huge restaurant/bar venue with live music on the weekends that was kinda of a biker themed place, but also family friendly. I would love to return again someday & would definitely rent at this VRBO rental again if available.

Thomas J. was a wonderful guest they were very quiet. They didn’t even know they were there left a place in terrific condition would definitely rent to them again.

The odor of dampness lingers but everything was clean and very nice. The master bed has a sleep number mattress that doesn't adjust. The right side is stuck at 25, and the left side is stuck at 45. It's very soft. It was not comfortable for us. The pillows were also lacking in support. I unfolded sleeper, sofa, and it was not any better. The bathroom is lovely and clean. Lots of spare towels in bedroom closet. Kitchen is well equipped and very clean. Desi is very, very kind, responsive and accommodating. He is a super star x10!

Michelle and her guest were very polite and kind I want to thank you Michelle for your kind words about my place. However, if you would’ve mentioned something about the sleep number bed, I’m sure I could’ve put a battery in the remote and it would’ve worked perfectly. I go out of my way to try to make sure that everybody is happy and when I asked you if there was anything you needed or i if everything was all right that would’ve been the time to say something about the bed thanks for staying at my place. Have a nice trip home.

Port Charolette with Dezi

Owner/manager was there to greet us and give initial tour. Home exactly as specified with large spacious rooms , updated appliances. Manager on site and immediately available when we weren’t sure about something or just had questions. Will definitely go back. Neighborhood extremely quiet and all homes in area kept up nicely.

Jack and Sybil were wonderful. It was a pleasure meeting them. They were excellent guests followed all house rules, and took care of my place as if it was their own I would definitely. Look forward to seeing them again.
