These elements coupled with the relaxed atmosphere around the pool and within walking distance to El Paseo all add up to a uniquely styled home. Elegant but comfortable furnishings, high ceilings with lots of light, new windows, 2 sliding doors to patio - all within an easy living environment.
Fully furnished. Cookware, dinnerware, glassware, utensils, sheets, towels, internet, APP TV, Netflix, Amazon. Washer and Dryer. Cable TV negotiable.
Guests may use the swimming pool, hot tub, dry sauna, BBQ, and pool lounger areas. All amenities are accessible to our guests. This condo is perfectly positioned steps to the pool, BBQ, hot tub and sauna.
There is an electrical usage cap of $75 for the months of April, May, June, July, August, September, October. Any electrical bill over $75 for the listed months will be billed to guest along with proof of bills. $300 utility deposited will be collected at booking as AC will be required for July, August, September due to very hot desert temperatures.

When San Diego became overpriced for flipping homes, I started working in beautiful Palm Desert. Yes, it's hot in the summer, but for me, it's all about the home and my surroundings. I've remodeled lots of home and although it's hard work, it's also my passion. I especially love shopping and decorating!
