Spend your days exploring Ijams, 20 minutes South or Norris Lake, 22-minutes North or driving the Dogwood Arts trails all around the city. Lots of greenways and libraries with trails nearby.
Back at the house, you'll find all the comforts of home and more with 1700 s.f. all on one level. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, and a 2 car garage. Home is freshly painted and feels brand new with most all new fixtures and furnishings.
Whip up delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a new stove/ oven, new refrigerator, Blackstone grill, coffeepot, coffee presses, air fryer and dishwasher. We love being with and traveling with our families and have stayed in many short term rentals in the U.S. and in a few countries. We live within a mile of Grace Place and enjoy gardening and Knoxville events and in the communities around the city. We go to Market Square for local gifts and eats every chance we get sometimes with my 3 sisters, nieces and nephews, and great nieces/nephews.
My husband and I along with our 24 and 26 year old kids renovated this home. It took us 18 months to renovate as it was on the side. Scott is a technical perfectionist so we hope all will find the renos top quality; we did not cut corners.

Easy access, safe, and mature neighborhood. Several trails nearby that have streams, the library, woods, bike/walk/run trails and even tennis courts. We actually bought this home to live in with a family member who was not able to stay long term so we needed to rent it out. It is minutes from the University of Tennessee I-40/75/640, groceries, restaurants, and more. Great location to easily get to UTK football, basketball, baseball, and other UTK games/events.
Also just minutes to many medical facilities; felt a group might want to lease for a mid-term stay while working for one of those.

We spent 18 months making renovations ourselves! We have added items we use daily and have tried to make it a comfortable place to stay. All new baths (except tubs), new granite, new flooring throughout, most new lighting, USB outlets, an Alexa and a Google, coffee press and pot, air fryer, Blackstone griddle, new appliances, new room darkening shades, new curtains, new beds, mattresses and bedding, new doorknobs and hardware, lots of new paint, and more. Scott and I celebrated our 36th anniversary at the home taking down wallpaper from the Master Bath. We put our heart and soul into making it nice for others.
