Great location

Our stay was amazing! The condo is in a great location very convenient to restaurants and other activities.

Clean rooms, balcony could have used a quick rinse. Pool and view were nice. Gym was out of order. Overall all it met our needs.

Spring break 2025

Overall it was a nice place. It could have been cleaned just a little better. There was still a lot of sand in the rug in the living room when we arrived. Beautiful views of the beach.

Conveniently located beach-front condo!

This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Orange Beach. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out and the building was conveniently located between the beach and town amenities like the grocery store. This is a great location if you want to be in the middle of things. The condo's decor was comfortable and the space was clean. We received the wrong condo front door code for check-in, and even though we arrived late evening, we were able to reach someone for the corrected code pretty quickly.

Cleanliness

Towels had hair stuck in them from I guess the previous visitors. The toilet leaked constantly and when I called to let them know, I was told someone would be by to fix and they never showed up.
